The episode starts with Jai pouring oil on the floor. He thinks that this plan shouldn’t fail. Dev calls Vidhi and asks her if she is alright? He is worried about her. Vidhi says to him that she resigned from her job. Jai and her colleagues planned a farewell for her. Her colleagues didn’t make any mistakes, so she couldn’t punish them. Bimla prays for Vidhi and her baby. Vidhi is surprised to see her colleagues are waiting for her. Jai is excited to see Vidhi going to slip down the stairs. He is disappointed when she escaped from it. Her colleagues inform Vidhi that they will miss her. Vidhi was talking with them.
Jai gives the bouquet to her. She hears her phone ringtone. She says that she forgot her phone in the cabin. Vidhi rushes to climb the stairs. She slips there. Everyone is shocked to see her state. She cries in pain while touching her abdomen. Bimla and Hariprasad notice climate change. Bimla thinks it looks like a storm. She worries about Vidhi. Jai and his employees rush near Vidhi. Vidhi faints there. Dev comes there and takes Vidhi there. Jai feels bad seeing the blood there. He thinks that it’s important to kill her baby to save her.
Bimla prays for Vidhi’s health. Dev admits Vidhi to the hospital. The doctor refuses to give treatment to Vidhi. He asks him to file a complaint with the police station. Dev says to him that she is his wife, so he starts the treatment asap. It seems like a domestic violence case. Many people admit their wives like that and mention it’s an accident. Dev holds his collar and questions him how dare he to deny his words. He is Dev Raichand. He doesn’t need any explanation. He asks them to start the treatment asap. Jai says to him that he is right. She is his employee. She slipped from the stairs. The doctor assures him that he will start the treatment. She is in safe hands. Meanwhile, Amba demands the detectives find Jai. He tells him that he lives in the U.S. He can’t find much about himself. She demands him to find everything.
Later, Priya and Chithra reach to the hospital. She asks Dev what happened to Vidhi? Jai narrates everything to them about what happened in the office. Jai says that someone called her often. If that call didn’t come, then she would have escaped from it. Dev thinks that because of him she is in this state. Priya notices that Chithra feels dizzy. Priya takes care of her. Dev prays in the temple for Vidhi’s safety. A woman advised him. Sakshi reaches the hospital and hears that Vidhi is pregnant. She notices Vidhi’s things on the table. She inquires them what actually happened? She learns that Vidhi slipped when she went to get that phone. Sakshi grows suspicious. Meanwhile, Dev notices Chithra is tired. He asks Priya to take her home. She shouldn’t have informed Satyavati about it all. Jai thinks that he can’t find any emotions in Dev’s for Vidhi’s state. He wanted to see his face when his baby was aborted.
Yogesh notices that Amba is eager to find out about Jai. He teases her that he is a child. Amba tells him that Jai is obsessed with Vidhi. He loves Vidhi. He is determined to snatch her from Dev. Yogesh says that she won the lottery then. She will get Dev. Amba says that Jai is trying to harm Dev in this mission. He had already tried to kill him once. She can’t allow him to harm Jai. She had to expose him. Later, Dev learns that Vidhi is alright but he can’t save his baby.
