The episode starts with Vidhi noticing the house is dark. She is surprised to see Dev there. Dev welcomes her and congratulates her for winning her first tender. Vidhi thinks that he looks so happy today. If he intentionally gives up the tender for her happiness. The lights turned on. She is surprised to see family members there. They hug her and congratulate her. Priya helps Vidhi to get ready. Dev places a crown on her head and congratulates her. Satyavati says that she feels so proud of her. Chithra says that this gift is on behalf of her baby. Vidhi takes Dev from there to talk with him alone. Vidhi asks Dev. Didn’t she say to him that they shouldn’t hide each other anything? They shouldn’t lie. Dev says that it’s a surprise how he revealed it to her earlier. Vidhi says to him that she didn’t mean it. If he gives up the tender for her because she is representing it. She recalls the way Jai said to her that Dev intentionally gave up on her. Vidhi asks Dev if he does it? Dev says to her that he won’t do that. Dev makes her clear that he likes to fight in the right way. If he gives up on her, then it means that he is trying to look down on her.
Raichand’s business and house left their house due to betrayal. He will fight back with them in the right way to get it back. Vidhi apologizes to him if she hurts him. Amba wishes to talk with Dev. Yogesh stops her.
Board members ask Amba if she has anything to say to them. Why is she behaving weirdly? Yogesh gives her medical reports which say she is mentally and physically stable. He asks them to give her 2 months’ time for her. Kaushik says that they are removing her from this position because she is linked with the forgery case. Amba asks Dev to give her some time. Board members ask her how much time she wants? Dev says to them that Mehtha’s company will take over his company. She betrayed him. She illegally snatched it from him. Dev assures them that he is able to handle this company. He can give a profit to this company. He starts narrating his idea with the board members. Amba admires him. Yogesh looks down on his ideas.
Yogesh asks him if he thinks that everyone will spend money on his idea. Dev asks him if he has any ideas about him? If he has any idea, then he can implement his idea and present it here. He can bring the company back to its place within two months. Board members say that he doesn’t have enough shares with him to take a decision on it. Dev says that Amba snatched his company from him through betrayal. On that he has little shares with him. Kaushik sold his shares to him and he also invested his own money in them. He has a 38% share of it now. Dev narrates his idea with them. They choose Dev as their new chairman. They ask Amba to leave her Chairperson position reasoning she is unfit. Amba glares at him. Dev wins his company back.
