The episode starts with Prathna thinking to herself that Meher might be her daughter. Oldman says I didn’t reveal the important information to the Inspector seeing his behavior with you. He says he noted the number plate of a Punjabi couple who took the baby from the Yamuna River 6 years back. Prathna thanks him for his help. She decides to check Jeet’s car number. The old man leaves. Prathna recalls her moments with Meher and thinks she failed to see the signs that Shiv sent her and she decides to learn everything about Meher.
In the lab, Mrig and Mehek discuss Prathna is the one who killed their team member Supreet. Param comes to the lab and asks what are they doing here. Mrig asks why he came here. He says his mom left a video for him in which she asked him to reach this place to know his reality. Mehek says you need to know the reality of us. They transform into Naagin form and tell him that they are Naagins. They take him to Nevla’s place and tell him that he is the son of Nevlas King Reyansh and Pratha killed him so your mom joined us to take revenge and now you have to take revenge on Prathna for your parent’s death. Param says he doesn’t have any powers. Trisha says you can’t get your powers until you accept your reality.
Prathna goes to Manjeet’s place and meets Naina. Meher feels happy seeing Prathna and tries to hug Prathna but stops seeing her mother. She tells Prathna that she can’t hug her as her mom doesn’t like it. She leaves. Naina asks Prathna to not take it seriously and Manjeet is possessive about Meher as she is their adopted daughter. Prathna decides to learn when she is adopted.
Mehek tells Professor that Param joined their team. Professor says it’s good and tells them that he is planning an attack on the parliament and he says he use Prathna to enter the parliament. Mehek praises his plan.
Mrig returns home and tries to kill Purvika. Ragh learns about Mrig’s reality and confronts her. Mrig tries to attack him. Raghu warns her to not fight with him. Mrig reveals her real intentions. Raghu gets shocked. Trisha stops Mrig from attacking Raghu and takes Mrig from there. Raghu goes to Purvika and promises her that he won’t let anything happens to her. Prathna searches Manjeet’s room. She sees the number board and realises Meher is her daughter. She feels emotional seeing Meher’s childhood photos. Mrig asks Trisha why she stopped her. Trisha says she can’t spoil their plans in the end moment and asks her to stay in the lab.
Prathna goes to Meher’s room. She notices Meher is sleeping and thinks it’s tough to separate you from this family but it’s needed to save your sister. Param sees Prathna and transforms himself like Nevla. Prathna sees Nevla and thinks he came to attack her daughter. Nevla attacks her. Prathna attacks him back and they go out. Manjeet, Jeet, and Meher come out and sees Nevla fight with Naagin. Nevla runs from there. Meher requests Naagin to leave. Prathna leaves and thinks she can’t let anyone harm her daughters and decides to discuss it with Raghu.
Ajay informs Mehek that Meher is Prathna and Raghu’s other daughter. Mehek asks if he informed Raghu. Ajay denied. Mehek thinks it’s a jackpot for them. She calls Trisha and informs her. Prathna returns home and she reveals to Raghu that Meher is their daughter. Trisha comes to her real form from Raghu and says you’re sharp like my mom said but you can’t find your daughter Meher as she is with my mother. Prathna asks who is her mother but Trisha doesn’t reveal it and says she will take revenge on her for her mother and leaves. Manjeet and Jeet complain to Ajay that their daughter is missing. Prathna goes to Raghu’s room and she learns Raghu and Purvika went to Naaglok. Raghu asks Takshak if there is any other way to save his daughter. Takshak says there is a way but it’s tough.
Mehek and his team discuss removing the poison from Meher’s body as they did with Purvika. Inspector Ajay meets the Old man and learns Prathna learned Meher is her daughter. Ajay doubts Prathna is behind Meher’s missing and tajes arrest warrant on Prathna.
Prathna goes to Naaglok and learns from Vasuki Naag that Raghu went to search for another way to save Purvika. Prathna asks Vasuki about Trisha’s mother. Vasuki reveals to her how he gets Trisha near the doorstep of Naaglok. Prathna thinks someone planted Trisha in the Naaglok from birth and whose daughter Trisha can be. Raghu goes to the Himalayas and meets Naag Guru and requests him to tell him another way to save her daughter. Guruji tells him the way to postpone Purvika’s death. Raghu decides to visit the dangerous forest.
Ajay goes to Manjeet’s house and says Prathna kidnapped Meher. Naina asks why Prathna kidnaps her. Ajay says Prathna learned Meher is her daughter. Manjeet asks Naina to decide whether she wants to support her Sasural or Prathna. Jeet tries to comfort his wife.
Manjeet comes to Raghu’s house and creates a scene. Ajay says he will search the whole house. Prathna eavesdrops on everything and thinks she has to escape from there to help her daughters. Prathna escapes and outside people catch Prathna and say they will get money if they surrender to the police. Prathna escapes from them. She sees her wanted posts. She thinks about how she has to defeat her enemies. She recalls Pratha’s advice and decides to play with enemies’ brains. Raghu goes to the dangerous jungle for medicine needed for Purvika’s recovery. Eagle attacks him. Raghu transforms into his Naagin form and tries to fight back but he fails. The eagles injure him badly.

Precap – Takshak tells Prathna that she has to take care of Naaglok as Raghu is severely injured. Mehek asks Prathna to sacrifice all her powers to save her daughter. Prathna comes in front of Trisha and Mrig in her new look. They get shocked seeing Prathna.
