The episode starts with Shalaka informing Pratha that Shanglira poisoned the Yamuna river. Professor says Seshnagin has to pray to Mahadev and consume all the poison in the river. Reem calls Mayank to get information about Pratha. Rishabh questions Mayank about what he knows about Pratha. Mayank tells them about Pratha and how he met her. Reem leaves then Mayank tells Rishabh that their security in charge is Icchadari Naagin and I told it to Pratha and I feel she is also Icchadari naagin. Rishabh smiles and tells him that he is not a fool to believe his stories and you’re drunk that day. Mayank says true but there is something wrong with Pratha and Security girl for sure.
Shalaka and Mehek tell Pratha that only she can save everyone by drinking poison from the Yamuna river. Pratha tells them she will drink. Shalaka asks her to take Shiv Ji’s blessings to do it as she needs lots of power to do it. Pratha performs pooja to Shiv Ji. Pratha and Shalaka perform Tandav to get the blessings of Shiv Ji. Shiv Ji gives power to Pratha. Pratha increases her appearance and drinks the poison. Rishabh gets to know from the principal that Pratha is not a student of their college then he visits Pratha’s Dad office and finds he never worked in that company and he finds that Pratha’s neighbors also don’t know about them and he feels something is fishy. Pratha drinks all the poison. Professor says their country to proud to have her. Pratha falls unconscious. Rishabh thinks if Pratha is a traitor. Professor and Mehek tells Pratha that her skin is burned because of that poison. Mehek tells them Pratha needs to visit Neelgiri mountain mansion to cure her condition. Pratha tells she will never return there and returns home. She stands under the shower.
Rishabh comes under the shower and confronts her where she went from last night. He notices she is not feeling well. She falls unconscious. He makes her sleep on the bed and he is about to see her mark on her stomach but she stops him on time and leaves when she gets a vomiting sensation. Radha tells the bride’s family is coming to see Rehaan. Seema asks Pratha to take care of the arrangements. Pratha gets a vomiting sensation. Seema tells her she will call doctor. Radha says she is pregnant. Pratha agrees thinking she can escape from Doctor. Dadi congratulates Rishabh for becoming a father. He gets confused.
On the terrace, Pratha recalls Diya’s death and her past in the mansion. Shalaka asks Pratha to cure herself by going to Neelgiri’s mansion otherwise you may face death too. Pratha denies visiting her mansion. She leaves. Mehek notices some proof and thinks to find the culprit behind Diya’s death. Reem ignores Rishabh. He tells her Pratha is lying.
Radha welcomes her daughter in law Samaira. Samaira calls her brother Yash. Pratha welcomes the couple with aarti. Yash stares at her. Pratha gets hurt because of the glass piece. Yash gives her a kerchief. Rishabh feels jealous seeing them. Reem asks why he is feeling jealous. Radha says she is getting Rich Bahu unlike Seema. Seema tells her daughter in law will do the Roka ritual. Yash tells he thought she is their daughter. Seema says they consider Bahu like daughter only. Rishabh confronts Pratha about her pregnancy. Shalaka interrupts their conversation. Pratha thanks her.fir saving her. Shalaka tells her she called 3 asurs with help of Lalith by making them believe that she is Shengleera. Reem tells Pratha might be pregnant because of her lover. Seema and others waits for Pratha. Other side Pratha kills remaining 2 asurs. Shalaka tells one Asur is missing and you have to visit the mansion at Neelgiri mountain to get treated. Pratha refuses to visit that place. Rishabh tells Pratha is not in her room. Pratha comes there and tells them that she went to have fresh air and gives shagun to Samaria. Urvashi asks Reem to forget Rishabh. Reem says Pratha is carrying others baby and he loves me. Anya and her sister tease Yash. Yash request her to have him. Pratha saves him. Rishabh feels jealous and drinks more. Reem tells Rishabh that it can be baby of Yash. She spikes his drinks and plans to do something. Urvashi sends Mehek to get gifts. Mehek notices hoodie and thinks killer is someone from home. Lalith sees her with string and tells her that he will tell her whose hoodie it’s belongs to if she comes to date with him. Mehek denies and thinks whose hoodie it can be.
Pratha thinks Rishabh doesn’t care about her. In the room, Rishabh sees Pratha in place of Reem and hugs her. Pratha comes there and gets stunned and leaves from there. Rishabh goes behind Pratha and tells her that he loves Reem and confronts whose baby she is carrying. Pratha questions how can he romance with Reem after marrying her. Rishabh asks if it’s a baby of love or a mistake of her. Pratha slaps him and warns him to not talk with her in that way.
