The episode begins with Surjo takes Noyontara to his room. Noyontara tells him that she will get up by herself because he did so much for her already. Surjo carries her and puts her on the bed. He notices Noyontara is shivering and wonders whether she has a fever. Noyontara tells him that she doesn’t have a fever. She lies; she is shivering because of the air conditioner. She says she is not habituated to air conditioners. Surjo switches off the air conditioner. Lata gets annoyed seeing this. Ashalata tells Lata to go inside if she wants to. Lata taunts Ashalata and leaves from there. Ashalata decides to keep an eye on Lata.
Surjo tells Noyontara that he is her doctor, so she can’t get off the bed without his permission. Noyontara asks him how she can do that. She says she has to use the bathroom sometimes. Surjo tells her that he will take her to the bathroom. He says he is her doctor, nurse, and everything. Noyontara says Surjo is not her husband. Surjo says Noyontara is right. He helps her to lie down on the bed. He says he will bring reports from the car and leaves from there.
Ashalata comes there and tells Noyontara that Vinoth told her everything. She says she doesn’t know how Noyontara learned the truth. She requests Noyontara to not tell anyone that Vinoth is her son. Noyontara says she won’t tell anyone. She adds she heard Vinoth quit his job. Ashalata says she brought Vinoth back. She promises to help Noyontara. Noyontara asks why Vinoth is living like a driver and whether Vinoth is not Grandpa’s son. Ashalata says Vinoth is her husband’s son only. She adds the secret will be revealed at the right time and leaves from there.
In the kitchen, Surjo tells Meena about Noyontara’s diet food. Poulomi asks him whether he talked to Noyontara about poisoned coffee. Surjo tells her that Noyontara returned just now. Mala says Noyontara is getting VIP treatment. Poulomi says she is glad Surjo is behaving like a good husband. Surjo says he can’t forget how Noyontara drank poisoned coffee to save him. He tells them that he will do everything for Noyontara.
Poulomi says Noyontara loves Surjo truly; that’s why Noyontara did that. Surjo says it’s not Noyontara’s love because he did nothing for her. Poulomi asks what this is if not love then. Surjo says he becomes a Shiv-like groom for Noyontara. He asks them to not talk about love in front of Noyontara. Mala says she will tell Noyontara to love her status person. Surjo tells her not to do anything like that.
Lata tells Gurudev that Surjo has been changed. She says she is losing control of Noyontara. Gurudev tells her to separate Noyontara and Surjo.
Hashiram teases Noyontara. Noyontara gets off the bed and feels dizzy. Surjo holds her before she falls down. He asks her whether she can see properly or is facing any issues. Noyontara gets surprised seeing his concern. Surjo removes her hair clip, which bothered her. Noyontara thinks that Surjo doesn’t treat her like a patient and smiles.

Precap: Surjo wonders whether he is betraying Shaoli by forgetting her memories. Shaoli spirit says Noyontara doesn’t have the right to stay in Surjo’s room.
