The episode starts with Suman asking Prerna where she will go. Prerna says that she will book a room in a hotel. Suman asks Prerna not to leave the house as she’s their soon-to-be daughter-in-law. She asks Prerna to stay in her room. Prerna asks Suaman what about Krish. The latter assures Prerna that he won’t go to his room and will stay in Dhara’s room. Just then, Shivang brings Gautam, who is drunk, home. Suman scolds Gautam for drinking alcohol. Shiva asks from when Gautam started to drink alcohol. Gautam expresses his guiltiness for not believing that Dhara gave Shivang money and for questioning her. Shivang pretends that Dhara didn’t give him money and wonders whom she gave that money. He adds that no one should talk to Dhara about it. Gautam taunts his family about insulting Dhara even for her small mistake. He says that they all, including Suman, are Dhara’s culprits. He says that Dhara is angry on them and is lying unconscious in the hospital. He says that he tried to wake her up a lot, but she didn’t gain consciousness. Gautam goes upstairs, refusing Shiva’s help. Suman says that Gautam got an excuse to drink. Shiva asks Shivang where he found Gautam. He asks him to get out. He forcibly makes him leave.

Suman has a nightmare in which Gautam brings Dhara’s dead body home. The Pandyas cry and try to wake her up. Gautam says that he can’t live without Dhara. He faints, holding his chest. Pandyas are shocked and try to wake Gautam up, but in vain. Suman wakes up startled. The next morning, Rishita excitedly shows Dev the diet charts she made for Natasha. She wants to prepare Natasha’s breakfast. Shweta says that she has already made breakfast for Natasha.

Dev receives a call from the hospital. He becomes elated to know that Dhara got well and she’s ready to be discharged from the hospital. He informs the family the same. The Pandyas become happy and share a group hug. Shweta watches this. In the hospital, the nurse gives Dhara the diet instructions to follow at home. She adds that someone will come from her house to take her. Dhara asks if her family wasn’t with her in the hospital. The nurse says that a guy came to see her the previous day. She doesn’t notice anyone else. Dhara misunderstands that her family doesn’t care about her.

The Pandyas wonder where Gautam is to inform him that Dhara has recovered. Krish decides to go to find Gautam. He assures the Pandyas that he paid the bill before leaving. A drunk Gautam is shown walking on the road lamenting. Suddenly, a truck hits Gautam. Krish is looking for Gautam. He asks people if they have seen Gautam. He learns that Gautam went to highway. He goes there. He sees that the police have blocked the road. He asks a man what happened there. The man says that a drunkard got hit by a truck while trying to save someone. Krish asks who he is. The man says that he doesn’t, but his belongings are lying on the accident spot. Krish goes to see it. The inspector tries to stop him. Krish says that he wants to confirm if his brother didn’t meet with an accident.

Krish is shocked to find Gautam’s watch at the accident spot. Shiva returns home. He tells the family that he can’t find Gautam anywhere. Rishita says that they should go to the hospital to get Dhara home while Krish will find Gautam and will take him to the hospital. Shivang hears this. He decides to go to the hospital before the Pandyas. He leaves. Dev phones Krish. Krish tells him that Gautam met with an accident which shocks Dev. The latter drops the phone due to shock. The family asks him what happened. Dev tells Gautam met with an accident which shocks the Pandyas.

The episode ends.

Precap: Shiva and Krish go to identify the dead body. Dhara returns home by herself. She asks the Pandyas why they didn’t come to see her when she was admitted to the hospital. Suman wonders how to tell Dhara about Gautam.
