The episode starts with Amba smirking seeing boxes of fake medicines being sent to clinic. Bhavin calls Amba and informs that her work has been done. Suman sees Isha moving around and questions if she is not going to cooking class. Once Suman goes around, Isha calls Chiku to ask if he is not coming. Chiku tells her to go alone to cooking class first then change her dress and leave for beauty paegant class. Suman comes and asks Isha again so she makes some excuse. Makwanas arrange all the medicines in the clinic.
Natasha questions Pranali if she is happy and the latter tells it would be even better if Bhavin would have come. Natasha assures that everything will get better soon. Amrish smiles seeing Dhawal. Dhawal thinks in his mind how Amrish melted so easily. Hetal tells Amrish that everyone is so happy for the first time and this is all happening because of him. While placing the medicines, Dhawal finds the boxes weird. He shows it to Natasha and she tells him to stop overthinking. But Dhawal insists to talk to Amrish. Natasha takes some of medicine and eats it. She tells Dhawal she is fine that means medicines are not fake.
Dhawal tells Natasha that Amrish can never change and they need to do someone or else , Amrish’s career will end before even starting. Isha changes to uniform of police and leaves from cooking class. Suman follows her to find where she is going. Amba gets surprised seeing media reaching the clinic and wonders who called them. Dhawal is about to show medicines to Pranali but they distracted with media coming there. Reporter questions Amrish if he can stoop to any level to stop ladies of his family for moving ahead.
Reporters blame Amrish for putting fake medicines in the clinic. Natasha scolds Dhawal for calling them but he denies being one to call them. Natasha tries to stop media but Dhawal again alleges Amrish for never changing. Pranali checks the medicines. Dhawal tells Amrish Makwana can never let ladies uplift theme. Reporters inform that Dr Pranali’s license will get cancelled too. Dhawal tells that Amrish will alone go to Makwana house while all family members will leave with him. Amba thinks her plan has completely gone wrong and prays to God for saving Amrish.
Natasha consoles Pranali but she cries miserably saying men of Makwana house can never change. Food department staffs also reach there for inspection but they find litters in the boxes. Flashback shows all Makwana ladies replaced the fake medicine boxes. One guy tried to eve teass them but Pranali made him leave. Food department leaves after not finding anything and informs media that their information was wrong. Dhawal asks Amrish to thank the ladies for saving him and leaves. The episode ends with everyone looking on emotionally.
