The episode starts with Dhawal questioning Shantanu who is he to stop Dhawal and punches him. Shantanu also hits him back and they get into fight. Naveli is her room is busy searching for painting and finds it on top of cupboard. Dhawal angrily questions Shantanu what he did to Natasha. Rest of Makwanas gather there too. Shantanu’s sister comes in between Dhawal and him and requests them to stop fighting. Chirag gets happy seeing Natasha while Amba gets disappointed. She keeps saying this should not happen and wonders how Natasha is back.
Shantanu’s sister tells Dhawal that they came because he invited them as Naveli is sick. She says it was their mistake to come there and insists to go back. Natasha pushes Dhawal and calls him bad for hitting her Shanu and goes to hug Shantanu. All the family members are left shocked with Natasha’s behavior. Natasha tells Shantanu that these are bad people and they need to go back to home. Hetal blames Natasha for always doing drama. Pranali says that this cannot be their Natasha as she is mentally unstable. Shantanu’s sister understands that Natasha is related to Makwanas and decides to go home before something goes wrong.
Naveli manages to get the picture from top on cupboard. Shantanu and Natasha are about to leave when Naveli reaches there and shows her painting where she has drawn herself and Natasha at Pandya Store. Dhawal takes the painting and notices Pandya Store written on it. Natasha cries and says they will not stay there as Dhawal is bad man who hit Shantanu. Naveli feels disheartened seeing Natasha leave. Shantanu is about to leave with Natasha when she turns back to bid goodbye to Naveli.
Naveli requests Pranali to stop Natasha. When she doesn’t respond, she requests Dhawal to stop Bittu and says she will be a good girl. Dhawal is still in shock and Dhawal goes out to find Natasha. Hetal provokes Pranali and says if she wants to remain Naveli’s mother she should not let Natasha return to Makwana house and send her to hostel instead because if she starts questioning about past it will difficult to hide the truth. Shantanu is trying to hire taxi when Dhawal goes there and stops them. Shantanu picks up a stick and warns Dhawal to stay away. Dhawal asks Shantanu what’s his relationship with Natasha.
Shantanu questions Dhawal the same. Shantanu is about to hit Dhawal as he gets closer to him but Natasha comes in between and falls unconscious in Dhawal’s arms. Dhawal picks her up and takes her inside Makwana house again. Dhawal scolds Shantanu and his sister for not taking care of Natasha well inspite of knowing she has only one kidney. Shantanu says this is because of stress and gives Natasha medicine. He sings Tera Yaar Hoon Main to make Natasha feel better. Dhawal leaves seeing Natasha hugging Shantanu. The episode ends with Shantanu’s sister telling him to come back home as the more he stays there, he has more chances of losing Bittu.

Shantanu will tell Dhawal that after panic attack Natasha needs to stay at same place for 2-3 days so they cannot leave. Dhawal will say that he will not allow them to go unless he gets his answers. Later Dhawal will tell Shantanu that Natasha is his wife.
