The episode starts with a drug and food safety officer revealing to the media that they didn’t find any fake medicines in the hospital and leaving from there. Amresh feels relieved and asks the media people to leave. Media people leave from there. Dhawal asks Amresh to thank the ladies who saved him. He reminds him that they saved him even though he tried to show them low. Dhawal leaves from there. Natasha follows him.
Isha enters the Beaty pageant. Natasha stops Dhawal and questions him about the reason he informed the media person. Dhawal says he never plays these dirty tricks and why she thinks so. Natasha tells him that she plans to unite him and Amrish but he spoiled her plan. Dhawal says he didn’t do anything. Natasha asks him to promise. Dhawal promises on her. Natasha feels dizzy and falls unconscious. Dhawal feels worried for her.
Amba calls Bhaven and tells him that Amresh is trapped instead of Pranali. She asks why he involved media. Bhaven says he didn’t call media people and tells her that he will take her name if she gets exposed. Amba says he will manage the situation.
Amrish recalls Dhawal’s accusations. Amba comes to him and tries to instigate him against Natasha.
In the hospital, Dhawal cries saying Amrish spoiled her career before it started. Bhabhi says Amrish can’t be behind this mess but Pranali does believe her.
Isha walks on the ramp. Dama enters there. Isha gets shocked to see her and stops her ramp walk. Dama leaves from there even though Isha tries to stop her. Isha sees news on TV.
A drug safety officer on call tells madam that he will find the proof against Amrish. They check the surroundings of the hospital and find fake medicines. They return to the hospital and arrest Amrish showing proof. People throw stones at Amrish asking how can he behave in this way with his family ladies.
Chiku on his mobile sees Amrish’s insult. It’s shown that Chiku passed the information to the media against Amresh. Amresh stops the drug inspector from taking him and asks them to show the arrest warrant or prove that I placed those fake medicines. The drug officer says very soon they will find the evidence against him and leaves.

Precap – Amrish gets a shocking call. He drops the phone. He says my company shares can’t fall down, I will come on the road, I have to do something. Natasha says I have a way, if you let your house ladies participate in the beauty pageant, then your image will get clean seeing his support to women empowerment. Amrish agrees.
