The episode starts with Natasha telling Dhawal she cannot spend her lifetime with a person who doesn’t even have his own thinking process but depends on his elder brother. She returns the ring back to him. Dhawal says she is misunderstanding the situation and everything happened so soon that he could not deny for marriage. Natasha questions him about him character assassinating her. Dhawal tells it’s because she was with Sandeep inspite of him warning her multiple times. Natasha argues back and says may be it was her mistake that she loved the wrong guy. She leaves from there.
Hetal comes to Dhawal’s room and sees he is not there. She calls him and he doesn’t receive the call either. Dhawal slips and falls on the ground. Hetal informs family members about Dhawal not being at home. Amba says he must have gone to apologise to Natasha. Chirag says it’s better as he is not alone. Dhawal tries to call Natasha but loses his balance and again falls into pool. Natasha hires auto to go back to Pandya house and recalls Dhawal’s confession. Chirag tells Natasha us disconnecting her call. Natasha receives Pranali’s call and tells her about Dhawal being at farmhouse.
Natasha tells Pranali how Dhawal forcefully took her to farmhouse and warns them to stop him. Makwanas rush to farmhouse to bring Dhawal home. Dhawal sinks in pool water so they do not motive him. Amresh and Chirag finally sees Dhawal and jumps into the pool . They bring Dhawal on the ground but he lies unconscious. Bhavin gets shocked to see blood oozing. Amresh asks to call ambulance and Bhavin does so. Suman questions Natasha where she went without informing her as she was so worried. Natasha breaksdown crying and hugs Suman.
Natasha tells Suman why her life is so complicated. Dhawal is admitted in hospital. Makwanas worry about his well being. Doctor informs them Dhawal’s condition is critical as he has got deep injury in head and body was in water for long time so next 24 hours are very critical for him. Amba breaksdown hearing this. Suman consoles Natasha and promises her that no matter what problems she face in life, Suman will always be by her side as her strength. They say love you to each other and cry.
Makwanas recall their memories with Dhawal. Amresh cries badly seeing Dhawal’s condition. When all of them are sitting by his side , Dhawal finally gains his consciousness back making everyone happy. Amba tells him that everything is fine and all family members try to cheer him up. Dhawal recalls his conversation with Natasha and how she rejected him. He calls for Natasha and repeats questioning where Natasha is. Natasha is at Pandya house unaware of Dhawal’s situation. The episode ends with Dhawal falling unconscious again.

Amresh will come to meet Natasha and tells her he has come to take her back. He will inform Natasha about Dhawal fighting with his life. Natasha will request him not to lie about his brother’s life but Amresh will cry and sat Dhawal is in city hospital and begs Natasha to save him.
