The episode starts with doctor informing that one who looked after the wound did well as it helped to stop the infection. Amresh thanks Natasha for saving Dhawal. Amba apologises to Natasha for her harsh words and tries to hug her but Suman stops her. Suhani says now Dhawal’s responsibility is hers and she will help him to recover soon. Natasha looks on when suddenly Sandeep comes there and shows his over concern for Natasha which shocks her too. He changes his words and says he was worried for Neetu. Dhawal gets jealous and asks his friend to separate Sandeep from Natasha or else he will fire another bullet.
Sandeep proposes to drop everyone home but Chiku denies. Natasha says she will leave with Chiku. While going out , Dhawal and Natasha smile at each other. Natasha collides with Rohan and his lighter falls. She gets shocked to see it as she recognises it being same lighter with guy at jungle. Natasha wonders why he is with Makwanas. Amresh invites Rohan to come to Makwana house and meet Isha. At home, Natasha sits with lighter and Chiku and Suman tease her about smoking. She tells that it belongs to same person who captivated her and Dhawal.
Hetal compliments Natasha for saving Dhawal inspite of everything ,even Dolly says the same. Dhawal tells how Natasha is not bad but just immature at times. Natasha suggests to tell Dhawal about Rohan but Suman warns her to stay away from him and Makwanas. Natasha thinks she has to go against Suman but inform Dhawal about Rohan. Amresh questions Dhawal if he has second thoughts about leaving Natasha. Dhawal says he is regretting leaving her. Amresh is about to leave when Dhawal says him that no matter how much pain he is in he will not break the promise he has given to Amresh.
Natasha tells Suman that she is going to sign agreement papers for Pandya Store. Chiku wants to go with her but she makes excuses and leaves alone so that she can meet Dhawal later. Suman tells Chiku that Natasha is finding ways to meet Dhawal while he wants to meet Isha but she warns him to step back. Amresh tells Dhawal that he is freeing him from the promise. Dhawal smiles happily while Amba gets shocked hearing them. Amresh says that he will not come in between him and Natasha and hugs him.
Dhawal gets excited and says before talking to lawyer, he will talk to Natasha. Sandeep tells Natasha to sign the agreement papers and she gets shocked to see that she needs to triple the fees if contract gets canceled. Sandeep tricks her by his sweet words and she ends up signing it. Sandeep drapes shawl on Natasha when she says she is feeling cold. Amba questions Amresh about his decision. Dhawal thinks big issues are already resolved. Both Dhawal and Natasha call each other at same time so call doesn’t get connected. The episode ends with Rohan may hurt Dhawal again so she decides to go to Makwana house.

Dhawal will angrily question Natasha if she is one who asked Isha to marry Chiku. Natasha will say that she is one who got them married. Dhawal will announce that next day he will have his haldi ritual with Suhani .
