The episode starts with Amresh saying with finalty to Dhawal that he needs Pandya Stores papers at any cost. Everyone are taking care of sick Natasha. Suman looks on worried. Dhawal says that he knew that he can do anything for him and asks him to think that the work is done. Amresh hugs him and Amba says her assistant about Dhawal and Amresh. Shesh feels upset about Natasha’s condition while Doctor checks her. Doctor says everything would be fine but she forgot to take her medicine. He asks them to not be so careless anymore. As he leaves, Suman advises her to take care and leaves. Mitthu cries scared. Natasha consoles him.
Dolly is checking out the washroom and says about the different changes to be done in the room. Chirag is worried about her never ending complaints. Just then Dhawal comes there and unaware of Dolly’s presence he blurts out about difficulties in building a mall. Dolly hears it all and calls her father. She angrily gets out of the washroom and is about to leave when her father comes there. He accuses Amresh for not only fooling with money but also with relationship. He says thst the alliance won’t happen at anymore. Suman is feeding Natasha who asks her not to worry as she and sickness go hand in hand. She’s worried about who would take care of Natasha once she’s gone.
Chirag says Dolly’s father that they might have started their relationship as arranged marriage but now they are in love and can’t live without each other. Her father says his daughter would never go against his words. As he said Dolly returns the ring upon her father’s saying and leaves apologizing Chirag. Suman asks Shesh to make matrimonial profile of Natasha and Natasha is not ready to marry but Suman doesn’t listen. Chirag is crying and Amresh scolds Chirag for not keeping a girl under control. Chirag says it’s the only thing he couldn’t do at all. He instructs Dhawal to get Pandya Store at any cost.
Natasha asks Suman that who would marry a one kidney girl and even if they do it would be for money. Suman doesn’t listen and is determined to get her married. Next day, Natasha is about to go to college but Shesh stops her saying that a prospective groom is there to see her. She’s forced to stay. Dhawal searches for her in college and learns that she’s absent.
Precap: Suman praises the prospective groom while Dhawal forcefully kidnaps Natasha from her room. Suman sends Shesh to bring Natasha.
