The episode starts with Shivang puts up an act infront of the Pandya’s. Shivang calls a officer which worries everyone. Shivang tells the police officer will help them. Dev gets happy and thanks Shivang. Suman asks Krish to inform this to Prerna. Meanwhile Rishita tells the smuggler she needs the money immediately after that only she will give her kidney. She also asks 25lakhs. The man says he can only give 18lakhs. Rishita agrees to it. The man goes to bring money while Rishita tells she knows what she is doing is crime but she will do anything for her Natasha. Here, the Pandya’s gets some money from the ATM then leaves for the hospital thanking the police officer. Rishita pays the 18lakhs in the hospital. The nurse informs Dhara the operation will start right away. Dhara pleads her to wait for her saying, she wants to see her family members. The nurse tells they have to follow the protocols so requests her to cooperate. Dhara gets hurt thinking there is no one arrived from home.

Here, Rishita informs Dev through a phone call that she arranged the money saying she agreed to sell her kidney then disconnects the line. Dev gets shocked and informs the same to the Pandya’s. They all rushes to hospital. Here, Dhara in her unconscious state inquires the doctor whether her family members arrived or not. The doctor and nurse gets sad. The man asks Rishita to go with him immediately to get her kidney. Rishita pleads him to let her meet her kid first. The man refuses and takes her from there forcibly. Meanwhile the nurse takes Natasha with her. Natasha cries and says she wants to meet Shweta. Rishita meets Natasha and pleads her to do the operation. Natasha refuses to listen to her. The man takes Rishita with him. The Pandya’s reaches the hospital while the nurse takes Natasha to the OT. Rishita lashes out at the Pandya’s saying she don’t need their help and let her handle this on her own. Dev reminds her what she is doing is a punishable offence. The brother’s fights with the organ smuggler when he tries to take Rishita with him forcibly. Shivang leaves the place learning the man from who he lend money is here so decides not to get caught.

Natasha comes out of the OT. The nurse and the doctor gets worried. The Pandya brother’s rushes to catch the organ smuggler. Rishita and Suman goes to Natasha. Rishita pleads with Natasha to do operation which is important but the latter demands to meet her Shweta mom. The nurse informs Rishita that they are putting Dhara’s life in danger. If they don’t bring Natasha to the OT on time then they can’t do anything. Meanwhile Dhara’s doctor learns Natasha’s operation isn’t started yet. He scolds everyone then goes to meet Natasha’s doctor. Here, the Pandya brother’s goes behind the organ smuggler who bumps into Shivang. They all asks him to catch that guy. Shivang asks that man to run away but the latter points the gun at Shivang shocking the former. Shivang gets hurt but pretends to beat the guy. Gautam, Dev and Krish gets impressed. The cops arrests the organ smuggler. Shivang gets happy learning he yearned the trust of the Pandya’s. They all rushes to the hospital. Natasha cries hard demanding to meet Shweta. The nurse informs them about Dhara’s condition. Everyone looks on helplessly.

Precap: Rishita pleads Krish to bail Shweta as she don’t want to put Dhara’s life at risk. Later, the nurse informs the Pandya’s the survival chance of Dhara is less which shocks everyone. Dhara’s pulse rate drops which worries the doctor’s.
