The episode starts with the Pandyas trying hard to convince Natasha for the surgery. But Natasha is adamant. She demands to see Shweta. The doctor arrrives there and scolds the Pandyas for failing to convince Natasha for surgery. He asks them to call the person whom she wants to meet. Shivang asks the Pandyas to bail out Shweta. But the Pandyas refuse as they are scared that if they bail out Shweta now, Shweta will blackmail them for everything using Natasha. Shivang asks if it’s more important than Dhara and Natasha’s lives, which are at risk. Rishita agrees with Shivang and requests Krish to bail out Shweta as she wants to save Natasha’s life. Krish refuses. But Gautam also supports Rishita since he is worried about Dhara. Dev also agrees with Rishita and Gautam. The nurse asks the Pandyas to convince Natasha quickly, as they are already late for surgery. The Pandyas request Krish to bail out Shweta for Dhara’s sake.

Krish goes to the police station to bail out Shweta. The latter flirts with Krish. Krish reminds Shweta that he only belongs to Prerna. He clarifies that he has come for Natasha’s sake. She refuses to do the surgery, demanding to see her. Shweta says that she can refuse to come out of jail. Krish asks her to stay in jail for her lifelong. He begins to walk. Shweta gets scared. She agrees to go with him. She sees the CCTV camera fixed in the police station. She falls over Krish. He catches her. She notifies Krish about the camera’s presence. Krish pushes her away and angrily walks away.

Shweta arrives at the hospital. Natasha hugs Shweta. The latter reassures Natasha and convinces her for the surgery. The nurse takes Natasha to the OP. Shweta and Shivang exchange a glance. Dhara’s operation has already started and Natasha is about to begin. The Pandyas are worried and recall Dhara’s words. In OP, the doctors are worried as Dhara’s blood pressure keeps going low. The nurse informs the Pandyas that due to the lateness in the surgery, Dhara’s condition is getting critical, so Gautam has to sign the papers for further treatment. Gautam recalls Dhara assuring him that nothing wouldn’t happen to her after the surgery. Dev and Krish place their hand on each shoulder of Gautam to support him. Gautam signs the paper. The nurse says to the Pandyas that they are going to start Natasha’s surgery and leaves. Suman says that it would have happened if Natasha wasn’t adamant about seeing Shweta. She prays for Natasha and Dhara. Shivang thinks that Krish’s stubbornness puts Dhara at risk and wonders whether she will survive or not. The doctors are shown doing Dhara’s and Natasha’s surgery. The doctors are shocked when Dhara’s heart stops beating.

The episode ends.

Precap: The doctors try to reanimate Dhara. Gautam asks the nurse about Dhara. The nurse says that the hope for Dhara’s survival is less. Suman talks to Dhara. She asks Dhara to go home along with her. Suman says that Dhata can’t get rid of her. Dhara’s oxygen mask is removed. The Pandyas are shocked.
