Episode begins with doctors see how Dhara’s heartbeat has stopped. They worry and prepare for emergency situation. Gautam prays to god for Dhara’s life and says take my life but bring Dhar to life. Dev hugs Gautam and tries to calm him. Everyone worries. Doctor comes and says Natasha got the kidney successfully. Everyone gets happy. Gautam asks about Dhara? Doctor says another doctor will tell you about her. Suman prays to god saying Dhara did a lot for this family, gave Natasha another chance to live. Rishita says I am really sorry for the way I treated Dhara, I will never be able to forgive myself and I will change my behaviour towards her. Everyone gets emotional while Suman starts her prayers. Doctors give electric shock but still doesn’t get any heartbeat in Dhara. Rishita says once Dhara gets well I am okay if Natasha calls her mom. Shweta says who are you to decide that? Suman says Dhara is fighting for her life and she saved Natasha still you can be so bitter. Dev goes to get medicines. Nurse comes and informs Gautam that the chances for Dhara to live is less. Gautam cries and Rishitha tries to calm her.

Suman says Dhara won’t go anywhere she is brave. Gautam requests Suman to bring Dhara back or else he will die. Suman takes the stick from gaurd and goes to the operation theater. Everyone tries to stop her. They all see Dhara not responding to anything. They all remember their moments with Dhara. Gautam comes near to Dhara. Doctor says how can you all be here? Please go out all of you. Assistant doctor asks Gautam to make everyone go outside. Suman says I won’t go anywhere, I can make Dhara come to life. Everyone requests Suman to go. Suman says I won’t go without my assistant saas, please don’t leave me here. Suman beats Dhara with a stick on her foot. Everyone stops her. Gautam remembers how Dhara always handled everything. Gautam tries to request Dhara to come back. Doctor asks Suman and everyone to go out and let them do their work. Suman says I am waiting outside, come soon, we will go home together. Everyone cries and goes outside. Here, Shivang asks Shweta what’s her plan next? Shweta says I will use Natasha to enter the house and not let anyone throw me out now. Shivang praises Shweta and says I am learning so much from you. Shweta says just stay with me and listen to me you will definitely learn a lot and now let’s pretend as we are in hospital. The family cries outside.

Doctor sees heartbeat in Dhara. Doctor says it’s a miracle, thank god she is saved. Doctor asks the nurse to inform to the family. Nurse goes and informs about this to the family. Everyone gets happy. Nurse says we are trying to sustain her heartbeat. Suman says see my stick did wonders. Shivang asks everyone not to cry now as slowly things will get into place. Everyone asks Gautam to not worry much now.

At home, everyone comes when Shiv asks if operation went well? They see Shweta come inside too. Suman says what are you doing? Shweta says if I go then Natasha will also go with me, Natasha thinks I am her mother and she went through an operation and she shouldn’t go through any stress. Rishita says Shweta is right, one day she will take me as mother too. Suman says yes she will, I have decided that Shweta will go out. Shweta says you will see when Natasha wakes up then she will need me. Shweta goes. Rishita worries if really Shweta’s saying will be true. Shiv asks them how is Natasha Rishita’s daughter? Suman says I will tell you later, now there is too much on my plate. Later, they see Gautam come and say let me go to my thorne. He sits at Suman’s place. Suman thinks if Dhara won’t be okay soon then Gautam will ruin his life.
