The episode starts with Shambhu asking Neeti to help him to hide in her house, reasoning the police are behind him. Neeti tells him it’s impossible because Parminder’s birthday party is going on here. Meanwhile, Parineet consults the doctor. The doctor says her weakness is normal during pregnancy. But she isn’t taking good care of herself. She wants to take a few tests. Sanju comes there surprising Parineet. The doctor says to him that she asked him to take care of her. Sanju complained to the doctor that Parineet wasn’t allowing him to take care of her. Parineet asks him why he is saying it to her? Sanju says that she is not even talking with him nor listening to him. The doctor says that she asked him to take care of her. She asks Parineet to do a blood test. Parineet says to her that she is scared of the blood test. She asks her to go for some other test. She says that there is no other option. Sanju tells her that he is with her, so there is nothing to worry about. He helps her to take a blood test. The doctor gave a prescription for her. Babli leaves to buy some medicine. The doctor says that it’s not good for her health to not listen to Sanju.
Parineet avoids Sanju there. He tells her that he wants to talk with her. Parineet says that she doesn’t want to talk with him because he complained about her with the doctor. She tells him that she knows how to take care of herself. Sanju says that she is not listening to him. Parineet takes a cab to leave. Sanju carries her in his hand and walks to his car. Parineet admires him. He makes her sit inside the car and use her seat belt. He says to her that he said to her many times that he can’t stop caring about her. She can complain about it to anyone at home. Later, Parminder advises Gurinder not to do this work. She will get sick. Bebe says that Parineet will do it all. She doesn’t need to do it all. Neeti says that she says something but does something else. Gurinder says that she is talking like nothing would happen without Parineet. Parminder says that she forgot something, it seems. She sent Parineet out for a check-up. Bebe says that she will take time to return home then. She may eat food out. Sanju comes there and complains about Parineet. She says that he is angry with her. Babli says that Parineet isn’t allowing Sanju to help her at all.
Bebe scolds Babli for talking like that Neeti is not in this house. Parminder says that Parineet is a family member of this house. She is her responsibility. She is her daughter. Neeti feels jealous to hear it. Parineet asks her not to scold Bebe. Sanju says that she is just saying she needs extra care. Neeti thinks that everyone likes Parineet here what she will do in it. Later, Parineet refuses to take the medicine. Babli advises her to take a medicine at a right time. Parineet says that she doesn’t have the mood to take the medicine. It may be her pregnancy mood swings. Sanju brings milk for her. He makes her take the medicine and drink the milk. She asks him how did he got hurt? Babli says that she held him right when the doctor takes blood samples. Her nails scratches him. She apologizes to him. Babli teases Parineet. Later, Sanju gives milk to Neeti reasoning she didn’t eat anything. She tells him that she ate but he didn’t noticed him.
Sanju recalls the incidents and thinks that he doesn’t know what’s going on in her mind. But he is only loving her. She isn’t understanding it. He thinks that he will definitely apologize to her if his suspicious is wrong. He have to find the truth behind this mystery. He have to find out who is trying to harm Parineet. Later, Sanju notices Shambhu’s call coming to Neeti’s mobile. He thinks why he is calling her? Shambhu asks her to help him to hide out. Sanju thinks that he doesn’t know the truth. He have to find out.
