The episode starts with Sanju falling down from the stairs. Neeti is shocked to see him bleeding. She shouts on Bebe for being careless. Meanwhile, Kajol says to Gaurav that his boss broke the promise with them. Preet says to him that she doesn’t like to meet him again. It’s better he shouldn’t come in front of her. Meanwhile, Neeti excuses them to take the key. Parminder thinks that Nisha took the car so she goes behind her to inform about it. Meanwhile, Mannu says to Sarda that they are not considering her as their family but as a servant that is why they didn’t taken her to the hospital. Sarada apologized to her. Mannu says to Preet that she prepared these sweets for a new order. She is thinking how to deliver it on time? Preet says that she don’t need to worry about it she will deliver it. Meanwhile, Bebe and Gurinder goes to bring the phone. Sanju is alone there. He hears Preet’s voice and suspects Is this his daughter’s voice? Preet notices Sanju there and rushes to help him. She asks the driver to bring the van.
Parminder informs Neeti that Nisha’s car is repaired so she took her car out. Neeti scolds her for not informed her about it earlier. Parminder asks her to check on Sanju because he is alone. Neeti complaints that it’s not her mistake. They left him alone. She scolds them for not giving the respect to her. They are humiliating her. Parminder goes out to check Sanju but he isn’t there. Preet left a note for Neeti and taken Sanju to the hospital. Neeti reads it and loses her cool. She asks Parminder if she thinking she can’t save her husband. She is humiliating her. She won’t leave her. Meanwhile, Aditya says to Gaurav that he couldn’t reach to the police station. It’s good he dealt with this case. They might be in jail. Gaurav says that he checked the CCTV footage and confirmed that they are not lying. They misunderstood them so he released them. Aditya scolds him. Gaurav says that those girls came to their hotel to save their dignity. He uses to respect girls then how could he asks him to lock those girls inside the jail. Aditya says that he doesn’t have any grudges against those two girls but Preet. She escaped this time. But he is swear if he see Preet again then he will personally send her to the jail. Meanwhile, Preet admits Sanju in the hospital. She informs the doctor that he fell down from height it seems. She asks them to start the treatment asap. Preet says to Sanju that he is bleeding a lot. She will wipe his blood. He thinks that she is his blood. He is keeps staring her. He thinks that goons said his daughter wasn’t alive but she is alive in front of him. He thanked the god. Preet thinks that he can’t react to anything it seems. He thinks that she is his daughter Preet. Meanwhile, a nurse says to her co-worker that there is a shortage of nurse in this hospital. There is a new patient admitted. A girl whom accompanied him cleaned his wound. She is going there to check on him. Parineet is there. She says that she will take care of him.
