The episode starts with Neeti consoling Parineet. She recalls the way Sanju dances with her and excuses her. Bebe thinks that Neeti again went behind Parineet. Parminder consoles Parineet. Meanwhile, a nurse recalls the way Shambhu made them unconscious. She thinks that they have come to attack Gurpreet. She wished to check her. The nurse collided with Neeti. She informs her that a lady attacked Gurpreet. She wore the same colour dress as hers. Neeti thinks that Bebe did it. Later, Parminder returns home. She asks Sanju to send the guest back home. Parineet says that she ruined her birthday. Parminder says that it’s not because of her. She thought that God’s blessing was with her when she heard a phone call from the hospital. But her luck didn’t work out, it seems. She asks her not to ruin her birthday for her. She nodded to her. Neeti ignores Bebe. She follows her behind. Meanwhile, Parineet is controlling her tears and thinks that she shouldn’t ruin her birthday. Bebe asks Neeti what happened to her? She doesn’t like her behaviour at all. Neeti asks her to leave her alone. She said that Bebe was in the hospital. Bebe tells her that she went along with them. Neeti says that the nurse spilled the beans on her. Bebe tried to provoke her against Parineet. She walks away from there.
Parineet shares her grief with Sanju. Sanju hugs her and consoles her. Neeti notices it and fumes. Chandrika informs Gurinder that Gurpreet has slipped into a coma again. She was shocked to hear it. Daljeet recalls the goon’s warning to him. Bebe drags Neeti from there. Neeti says that she won’t leave them today. Bebe says that she warned her many times. She is repeating the same mistake. Parineet is a cunning person. She is taking everyone to her side. If she confronted them, then she knows well how to close her mouth. Bebe says that Neeti knew well what to do. Neeti says that she is turning mad. Bebe thinks that Neeti shouldn’t think on her own. Parineet thanked Sanju for consoling her. She collided with Daljeet. She noticed the property transferring documents in his hand. Babli asks Parineet where Gurpete is? She tells her that she was in a coma.
Parineet asks her to think that she is sleeping. She will wake up from a coma asap. She consoles her. Babli asks her not to worry about her. She is pregnant so she shouldn’t get any stress. We have to celebrate this birthday because they made them happy. Parineet says that she thinks that something big is going to happen here. She recalls Daljeet’s property by transferring documents. Meanwhile, Bebe searches for Neeti. Gurinder asks Bebe where she was? She took the doctor to check her. She was missing in the room. She felt good so she went to meet Gurpreet at the hospital. Gurinder thinks that she is lying. She thinks that she can believe her lies. She doubts why she is doing it all. Later, Parminder shares her happiness with Neeti for supporting her. Tao ji says to his family members that Parineet went through lots of pain today. We have to make her happy.
Daljeet thinks that they care about Parineet this much. But they don’t care about their own son. Parminder dances with Parineet to make her happy. Family members dance with her. Daljeet was checking the documents. Parminder asks him to dance. Parineet excuses them for bringing the cake. Daljeet smirks at them.
