The episode starts with Bebe asking Neeti if Parineet is Sanju’s wife and who she is? It’s not the time to cry, but fight for her rights. If she is not careful, then Parineet will snatch her rights. Parineet searches for Neeti and ends up near Sanju’s room. She recalls the way he risked his life to save her. She gets emotional seeing him. She thinks, why is he ending up in danger while saving her? What was his relationship with her to do this much for her? Neeti stops Parineet from entering the room. She drags her from there. She demands her to leave from there. She says that Parineet is the reason for Sanju’s state. She is the biggest problem in her life. She wants to snatch Sanju from her life. Parineet says that she isn’t able to think like that. Neeti asks her why she signed the admission form then? She pushes her down. Parminder slaps her. Neeti says that she was the reason for Sanju’s state. Parminder says that she isn’t a reason. She asks her if something happened to him. She is pregnant. Neeti says that she is fed up with it. She didn’t ask her to be a surrogate mother. She took the decision on her own. She doesn’t need that child anymore.
Parminder says that she misunderstood something. Gurinder asks her why she is stopping her? She is saying the truth. Because of Parineet, Sanju is in this state. Chandrika asks her to stop blaming her. The stone is about to fall on Parineet. Sanju came out of the blue. He went to pick up the guests from the airport. How did he return there without anyone informing him about it? They should doubt if it’s an accident or not? She asks her to think about it. Chandrika says that she is confused by something. No one dared to help Parineet. Sanju risked his life to save her. Neeti asks her what she is trying to say? Chandrika says that something is trying to connect them. Gurinder asks Parineet if she is happy after breaking her family apart. Parminder says that she will give a fitting reply to her after everything is alright. Parineet notices that Neeti faints. Later, Gurinder asks Parminder where Parineet is. She went to get the doctor. Parineet went there along with the doctor.
The doctor checks Neeti. He says that she is getting more stressed. Gurinder says that her husband is in the ICU and that is why she is like that. The doctor asks them to send her back home. If she has more stress, then she will end up in Sanju’s condition .Neeti is adamant not to leave. The doctor advised her to take a proper rest. It’s not good to stay here. He prescribed the medicine and leaves. Parineet tries to talk with Neeti but she ignores her. Parminder says that she isn’t well, so let her take a rest. Chandrika asks Neeti how she is feeling right now? Neeti tells her to stop acting in front of her. Parineet stops her. Chandrika says that the doctor asked everyone to go home. He only allows two people to stay beside Sanju. Parineet is smart at handling the situation, so she stays beside him along with Chandrika. Monty would take a rest in that car. Bebe notices Chandru there, so he takes everyone from there. The doctor discusses with a nurse about Sanju’s state. Later, Parminder asks everyone to take a rest.
Neeti gets a panic at seeing Chandru in her house. Bebe signals him to leave. Parineet blames herself. Monty says that their Jodi is fixed in heaven. Something went wrong. That is why it ended like that. Parineet says that Neeti and Sanju love each other. The nurse says that Sanju’s condition is critical.Bebe tries to convince Chandru to leave there. Parminder gets suspicious seeing Bebe and Neeti’s weird acting. Bebe manages to lie with her. Later, Neeti slaps him in anger. He tries to stab her. She beats him and places a knife on his neck.

Parineet visits Sanju. Bebe provokes Gurinder to send Parineet out of the house for Sanju’s sake. Chandru is disguised and seeks a nurse’s help to kill Parineet. A nurse follows Parineet to stab her with a surgical knife.
