The episode starts with a Shilpa saying to Neeti that she has two plans to kill Parineet. The first plan is to give an injection to Parineet. The blood stopped pumping to the heart. Her heart would stop beating. The postmortem report will say that she died of a heart attack. No one will doubt them. The second plan is a risky one. Everyone will suspect her death. Neeti asks her to go with a first plan. She says that she is with family members. Bebe says that Chandrika and Monty are with her. Shilpa says that she knew the electric room here. She can remove the fuse so the hospital will be dark. She can give an injection to her using that time. Neeti asks her to start her work. Meanwhile, Parineet gets nervous and sees Sanju. He is taken to the surgery room. She asks Monty to inform the family members about it. Later, Parminder prays to God. She asks her to save Sanju. Gurinder says that Parineet is a bad omen. She is the reason for Sanju’s state. Parminder lashes out at her and leaves. Gurinder thinks that she will send her back to her parents’ house after she returns home.
Parineet places Sanju’s hand properly and asks them to take them to the operation theatre. Chandrika assures Parineet that nothing will happen to Sanju. He will be alright. She consoles her. She asks her to pray to the god to save him. He may grant her prayer. Meanwhile, Neeti notices that Sanju is missing in his room. Bebe says that it seems he got consciousness. He may be discharged from here. Neeti says that he didn’t call her. Bebe says that he doesn’t have a phone with him. Neeti says that Parineet and Chandrika didn’t call her. Bebe provokes her against her. She says that Parineet won’t reveal anything to her. She may go out with Sanju for a date. Chandrika and Monty are supporting them. Parineet is ready to do anything against her. She can fall stoop too. A nurse asks her to inquire in the reception about him. Parineet prays for Sanju in the temple. A flower fell down from the god’s hand. Chandrika says that it’s god’s blessing. She asks her to remove her hand. Nothing will happen to Sanju. Parineet shares her grief with Chandrika. She says that Sanju risked her life to save her. Monty says that someone wants to kill her. He saw him with his own eyes. Neeti creates a scene at the reception. She asks the receptionist to talk about Sanju. She asks her to call her family to confirm whether he got discharged or not. She asks Shilpa why she is helping her. Shilpa says that Neeti is her friend.
A nurse says to Neeti that his condition is critical. He shifted to another emergency room. She was shocked to hear it. Monty says to Parineet that someone tried to kill her. Sanju came to save her at the right time. Parineet asks him who is trying to kill her? Monty says that he doesn’t know but he definitely wants to kill her. He kept a close watch on him. He ran away after seeing him. Chandrika says that he is right. Parineet says that he may be scared. Monty says that he isn’t Mehra’s staff. He tied Pramod in a room and drove the crane instead of him. He wants to kill him. Chandrika says to her that Parineet had never harmed anyone yet. Who is trying to kill her?
