The episode starts with Tai Ji consoling Parineet that nothing will happen to her. Chandrika asks her to drink water. Parineet asks them what she did wrong to punish her like that? Chandrika motivates her to come out of this situation. Tai ji tells her that she hasn’t done anything wrong but all the mistakes made by Gurinder and her son. They messed up everything. Because of them, the whole family is struggling. Rajeev asks her why she is blaming him for everything. What’s wrong with it if he confesses all the truth to Neeti? Tai ji tells him that Neeti will leave him after she learns the truth.

Parineet is also his wife. Why doesn’t he listen to her words? Parineet inquires the doctor about her mom’s health? He assured her that she was doing better now. Parineet accused Rajeev for the reason behind her state. Rajeev complained that she stopped him from confessing all complaints to Neeti and creating a scene there. She accuses him of it. The Nurse asks Parineet to meet her mom. Tai ji advised her to not share anything with her reasoning because she was already sick. Parineet is worried about her health and thinks about what she will answer to her questions.

Parineet hugs her mom and inquires about her health. She asked Parineet what the problem was between them? Parineet lies to her that Rajeev was adamant to reveal the truth to Neeti but she stopped him. That’s why they argued with each other. Her mom supports Rajeev there. Parineet thinks about how she will inform her mom that Rajeev betrayed both of them. He was the reason for her state. Her mom said to her that both of them had grown up. They were married. They need to give space to their married life, then friendship. She advised Parineet to listen to Rajeev. Later, the Doctor alerts Parineet that her mom’s heart is too weak to handle shocking news. He advised her to not give stress. Parineet thinks that mom and Neeti aren’t able to handle so much stress. She is confused about what to do next? She wishes to meet Neeti.

Parineet meets Neeti. She feels happy to see her again. Neeti tells her that she is incomplete without Parineet and Sanju. She adds that if there are two wives then she will choose Parineet as her, sautan. Parineet asks her to stop talking like that. Neeti tells her that she wants to have fun with her. Parineet asks her to stop talking and take a rest. Neeti tells her she can enjoy it with Rajeev and she will spend time with Sanju. Neeti asks her why she is looking dull? Does she worry about Sanju? Parineet asks her to forget her life long. Neeti tells her that she will die without her.

Rajeev comes there and tells her that she might leave her one day. Neeti demands him to stop talking about their friendship. Rajeev tries to confess the truth but Parineet stops him. Neeti asks her why she is mentioning him as Rajeev? Parineet tells her that she called him mistakenly. Rajeev reveals to her that he is Rajeev and Sanju. He married both of them. Parineet tries to console her but Neeti gets into a panic. Parineet assured her that she wouldn’t come in between them. Neeti gets a panic attack. Parineet lashes out at Rajeev for confessing the truth to her. Neeti falls down. Rajeev tries to hold her. She demands him to stay away from her. Neeti says to him that she won’t forgive him life long.

Neeti shares her grief with Parineet. Rajeev was panicking seeing her state. Parineet called a doctor to check on her. The doctor checks her and informs them that her pulse is getting down. Parineet lashes out at Rajeev for revealing the truth to her. The doctor informs her that Neeti is no more. Parineet gets shocked by hearing it and thinks that she shouldn’t be able to leave her like that. The driver wakes Parineet from her sleep and tells her she has taken a nap. Parineet thinks what’s going on? She fears that Rajeev may reveal all the truth to Neeti. She goes to check on him. Meanwhile, Rajeev shares his problems with Neeti. Before he confess the truth to Neeti. The Nurse comes there to change her dressing. He asks her to wait outside reasoning he wants to discuss something very important to Neeti. He is determined to reveal the truth to Neeti.
