The episode starts with the auction begins. Both Parvati and Prithvi are competing with each other on bidding amount. Parvati and Prithvi locked 150 cr. Prithvi asks them to hear his terms and conditions. If he feels his conditions are better then give the project to him. Parvati agrees to him. Prithvi mentioned his terms and conditions to them. Parvati is shocked to hear it. She says to Sanju that he is mentioning her terms and conditions exactly same words to word. She leaves from there to call someone. Neeti asks her how do she feel now? If she wants to cry after Prithvi defeated her. It may be paining to her. Parvati says that she doesn’t have a rights to talk about failure. she adds that Neeti is a biggest failure in her life. She doesn’t have a family or love. Her personal life is a mess. She can’t talk about her failure. Parvati says that she won’t fail. She shouldn’t think that Prithvi will win by stealing her quotation from her office. She can steal her files but not her brain. She won’t do anything with a single plan. If they stole her first plan then she is challenging her to ruin her plan B. Parvati walks away from there. Neeti gets frustrated and leaves from there.
The staff asks Ambika if she has a better plan then Prithvi? They are going to lock his plan. Parvati comes there and stop him. Meanwhile, Neeti is searching for the file. She couldn’t find the file but she noticed a photo. She is shocked to see Parineet’s photo in it. She understands that it’s not Parvathi but Parineet. She betrayed her these many days. She recalls the way she met Parvati first. The way she defeated her everywhere. She thinks that Parineet is alive. She came back to take revenge on her. Later, Parvati says to everyone that they can’t sell this hotel. This property has a case. Still this case is going on in court. They can’t sell or put in auction till the case is clear. The team talks with her. He says that the decision will be favour to them. Parvati says that they can’t sell it till the case is over. She says to Prithvi that he didn’t inquire about it. Neither he didn’t win nor she lose. He has to thank her for saving his 150 cr. He would have lose his money and property today. She says to the media that Prithvi used a childish way to win her in this auction. She asks him to use a better plan next time.
Parvati reveals to the media that Prithvi stole her files and presented it here. She leaves from there. The media surrounded him and questions him about his hate towards Parvati. He lashes out at them. Parvati says to Ambika that she will drop her in home and going to somewhere else. Prithvi stops Ambika . He says that she shouldn’t think Parvati won this time. She may be proud of her. Ambika says that she is very proud of her daughter. He asks her not to mention her as Parvati. She is a fake. He will expose her drama in front of everyone. She will pay for it. Meanwhile, Neeti informs Bebe that Parvati is playing a game with them. Bebe says that everyone is playing a game here. She says that she found these pictures from Sanju’s room. Its clearly saying she is Parineet not Parvati. She came back to take revenge on her. Later, Parvati informs Sanju that Neeti stole the file from her. She is going to confront her.
