The episode starts with Neeti saying to Sukhwinder that Parineet snatched her Sanju from her. She will snatch her breathe from her. Sukhwinder asks her what if someone notices Neeti? Neeti says that she will give this poison to Parineet. No one is going to find out that Parineet died because of this poison. Neeti is determined in her decision. She is not ready to listen to her mom’s advice. Meanwhile, the nurse brings Parineet in a stretcher. Sanju holds Parineet’s hand and kissed her. He asks her to wake up. Neeti fumes with rage. Sanju says to Parineet that everyone is waiting for her recovery. The doctor says that they are shifting Parineet to another room. They can meet her one by one. But she has to respond to their medicine. Neeti thinks that whatever happens Parineet won’t come back alive. The doctor takes Parineet from there. Jyothi meets Neeti. She asks her nothing to worry about Parineet. She will be alright. Neeti thinks that she has to die. Later, the nurse asks Sanju to inform them if they need anything.
Parminder and Sanju are staying beside Parineet. Parminder thinks that she has to recover asap. She can’t see her in this state. She never that she will emotionally connected to her in this way. She shouldn’t think about leaving them. Parminder excuses Sanju to attend a phone call. Sanju is caressing Parineet’s hair. Neeti keeps a close watch on them. She thinks that she has to send Sanju out of this room to kill Parineet. Sanju gets suspicious and check there. Neeti hides from him. Jyothi asks Sanju to pay the bill in the reception. Neeti thinks that she don’t has enough time she has to finish her work asap. She thought to change her plan. Parineet has low oxygen level in her body. She can see her struggling to breathe. Jyothi thinks that Parineet is her friend. She has to take care of her. Neeti strangles Parineet’s neck. She apologized to her and says that she has to die. She congratulates her for her death.
Neeti says that she snatched her Sanju from her. She will take her life from her. No one will come to save her. She asks her to die. She wanted to see her fake tears. Parminder isn’t there to support her. She has to die today. Neeti vented out her vengeance on Parineet. Parineet will die today but Neeti stays alive. Parineet gets a glimpse of Neeti. Neeti asks Parineet to talk now. Whole family loves her but no one is there to help her. Because it’s for her death. Neeti is with her in her last moment. Her bestfriend is taking her life. She asks Parineet not to come back to her life again. She hates her to the core. Neeti says that Parineet will go to heaven today. She asks her why she is not dying. She won’t die asap. She is still breathing through this oxygen mask. She removed the oxygen mask from her face. Parineet is struggling to breath. Neeti covered the bedsheet on her face. Parineet stops struggling. Neeti feels immense pleasure seeing her death. She thought to leave from that room asap before someone come. The doctor comes there and says that it’s an emergency. They give electric shock to her.
The doctor says that she isn’t responding to them. He asks the nurse to call her family members. The doctor says to Sanju that Parineet’s heart isn’t working. She is no more. Everyone is shocked to hear it. Sanju asks Parineet to open her eyes asap. He hugs her and says that he loves her a lot. He cries hugging her. Neeti feels hurt to hear it. Neeti thinks that Parineet is not going to return. She comes out of her dream. She is still strangling her Parineet’s neck. Jyothi comes there and mentions Neeti’s name. Neeti pretends like she is talking with Parineet. She says to Jyothi that she is not talking with her. Jyothi consoles Neeti and assures her that Parineet will be alright. Neeti thinks that she needs Parineet’s death but God is not listening to her prayer. Sanju comes there. Jyothi says to him that Neeti worries about Parineet. She leaves from there. Sanju holds Parineet’s hand and sits beside her. He tells her that he is waiting for her call. Sanju expressed his love for Parineet. He says that he won’t come back until she call him.
