The episode starts with Sanju shouting on Gurinder. He asks her not to talk about Parineet. Parminder asks her to calm down. Gurinder says that she was the reason for everything. She made her son against her. If anything happens to Parineet then she will be the reason for it. Meanwhile, Bebe is discussing with the nurse about her plan. Bebe takes Parineet from there in the stretcher. She push her down. Bebe pretends like shouting for help. Sanju says to Monty that he wanted to see Parineet’s recovery. He is shocked to see Parineet on the floor. He rushes to help her. The doctor comes there and ask the nurse what happened to her? She lies to him that the stretcher wheel loosen. He asks her what’s the need to take her to this way? She can use lift instead. She tells him that she thought to do it asap. Sanju notices the blood on her head. The doctor says that she needs immediate surgery. Sanju hugs Parineet and says that she will be alright asap. Parminder asks Sanju what’s going on her? He informs her what happened? Parminder says that it doesn’t look like an accident. Someone intentionally doing it to harm Parineet. Sanju says that he feels the same. He felt someone is visiting Parineet’s room often.
The nurse asks Sanju to sign the form asap. He thinks that nothing should happen to her. She shouldn’t punish him in this way. He got her after so many struggles. He can’t lose her at any cost. He recalls his moments with Parineet. He thinks that he shouldn’t think anything negatively. Sanju promises to Parineet that he will make her happy after their wedding. Meanwhile, Neeti asks Bebe if she finished her work? Bebe asks her to lower her voice. She says that she will die asap. Sukhwinder says that she came here in empty hand. Bebe says that she pushed Parineet down from the stretcher. She got hurt in her head. She will die when the treatment start. Bebe asks her to thank her. Neeti asks Sukhwinder to be happy. She is going to become a bride. There is no disturbance in her life anymore. She hugs Bebe in happiness. The treatment start for Parineet.
Sanju walking to and forth in front of the operation room. He worried about Parineet. The doctor starts the operation. Parminder prays for Sanju. She consoles Sanju. She says that nothing will happen to Parineet. He says that he will think positive only. The doctor says to Sanju that Parineet is out of danger. Sanju feels happy. The nurse noticed Parineet struggling to breathe. She informs the doctor about it. Parineet photo falls down and breaks. Sanju is heartbroken. Bebe asks Neeti to be happy. Parineet will die. Sukhwinder says that they will hear a happy news asap. Parineet is going to die. Parineet won’t come back in Neeti’s life. She will lead a happy life with Sanju. Parminder says to Sanju that she can’t waste her time here. She is going to pray in the temple. She asks Sanju to go with her. Tao ji says that he will stay here. Bebe says to Neeti that Parineet should die.
Bebe says that Parminder used to say it’s wrong and right. She can’t save Parineet from her death. Sanju and Parminder comes there. Neeti asks Bebe not to turns back. Parminder is there. They are watching them. Parminder asks Sanju if Neeti tried to harm Parineet again. She is about to check her. Sanju says that they don’t have time to do it. They need god blessings. Neeti only know to curse Parineet. He takes her from there. Bebe says that God is with them. Meanwhile, Sanju reaches to the temple. He prays for Parineet.
