The episode starts with Gurinder saying to Neeti that she shouldn’t think that she won’t reveal anything to her family. She says to them that she doesn’t like the way she is going back to home in a hospital dress. She was trying to stop her. She was adamant to meet them. Parminder says that she was right. She shouldn’t run like this. Sanju says that she would have meet with an accident. Gurinder says that she likes to meet them asap. She asks her to take her back to home. Later, Parminder says to Gurinder that she would like to take her arathi for her today. Gurinder says that she would like to see her daughter-in-law taking arathi to her. Neeti thinks what’s her new drama? Parineet takes arathi to her. She asks her to take a rest in her room. Parminder asks the family members not to inform Gurinder that Parineet lost her baby. Neeti stares at Bebe in a suspicious way. She asks Neeti why did she hide the truth from everyone. Neeti says that she will talk with Parineet first and meet Gurinder to find out her plan. Meanwhile, Parineet is heartbroken in the lost of her baby. Sanju asks her to take her medicine. She refuses to take it. Sanju says that he can understand her pain. He is also in the same pain. His pain is nothing in front of her pain. A mom lost her baby. He asks her to be brave.
Sanju hugs Parineet and consoles her. Neeti comes there and glares seeing them together. Parineet hugs Neeti and cries. Sanju excuses them. Neeti pretends to console her. She tells her that she lost her baby. Neeti says that she can understand that losing a baby will give lots of pain to her mom. Not only a baby died but also a mom. When a baby died a relationship also broken. She can’t see her in this pain. She may be did any mistake that is why she is going through this pain. A baby is very important inbetween a husband and wife. She lost her baby it means her relationship with Sanju is broken. Neeti hugs her. She thinks that this is the punishment for her deeds. Later, Bebe meets Gurinder and tells her that she cares for her a lot. Gurinder says that she is aware that she likes to see her death. She didn’t reveal the truth to her family members because she isn’t a fool. Neeti comes there. She apologized to her. Gurinder says that she will talk now. She has to listen to her. Gurinder says that she likes to slap her for her deeds. She asks her if she ready to fall on her feet and apologies to her. Neeti falls on her feet and apologies to her. Gurinder says that she might promise to her that she won’t do anything against her. She has to support her as a friend.
Neeti asks her why did she lied to the family members. Gurinder says that she supported Parineet because she was carrying her grandson. She lost the baby so she changed her mind. She would like to support her real daughter-in-law Neeti. She asks her to support her to bring back her Sanju. Neeti hugs her. Later, Sanju asks Parineet to drink the milk. She denied it. Sanju says that she is very important in his life. She is his everything. If anything happened to her then he won’t be alive. Parineet mentioned about their baby. Sanju says that he only need her in his life. He gives kiss to her. Later, Neeti recalls Gurinder’s words. She thinks that baby was her. It’s her baby. She lost her baby not Parineet. It was Sanju and Neeti’s baby. She should have feel the pain more then Parineet. The next day, Sanju wakes up. He caressed Parineet’s hair. He asks her why she is still crying. Parminder comes there.
Sanju complaints to her that she is crying since yesterday. Parminder says that she can understand her pain. She tells her that she will celebrate her birthday grandly. She denied it. Parminder is adamant in her decision. Sanju thanked her for thinking about her birthday. she says that they might make her happy or else she will go in a depression. She asks him to give the medicine to Parineet and leaves. Sanju hugs Parineet to console her.
