The episode starts with Neeti threatening Sanju to slit her wrist. Parineet asks her not to do anything foolish. She is advising to her. Neeti says that she don’t need her fake concern at all. She won’t allow her to live peacefully. If she worried about her then she wouldn’t have snatched Sanju from her. Sanju says to Parineet that she don’t worry about anything. He will handle the situation there and disconnect the call. Parineet gets worried. Ambika asks her what’s the matter? She informs her about it. Ambika assures her that Neeti won’t commit suicide. Parineet says that she was threatening Sanju to kill herself. She says that that Sanju isn’t old Sanju to falls for her act. He will handle it. Meanwhile, Sanju asks Neeti to do whatever she wants? He won’t mind it. Neeti threatens again. Sanju says that he won’t falls for her act again. She already tried this suicidal drama once. He says that if she slits her wrist then she will end up in a police station reasoning committing suicide is a crime. He leaves from there ignoring her drama. Neeti shouts in frustration. Gurinder gives water to her. She breaks the glass and shouts at her. She scolds them for not stopping him. She complaints that neither Bebe nor Gurinder stop him. Bebe says that he won’t listen to them. He even ignored her suicidal drama too.
Neeti complaints that he went to Parineet ignoring her. She shouts on Gurinder. Gurinder loses her cool and gives a fitting reply to her. She refuses to support her anymore. Neeti says that she will regret it. She adds that Parineet won’t do any service to her considering her as her in law. She is considering her as a murderer. She will regret for mess with Neeti. Bebe says that she has to understand the situation. Sanju even ignored her then how will he listen to them. Later, Ambika is consoling Parineet. She says that Neeti won’t commit suicide at all. Neeti calls Prithvi and informs him that Parvati going to appoint Sanju as new CEO of her company. If they unite then she can’t do anything. She asks him to do something. Prithvi says that he will handle it. Neeti asks him what is he going to do by sitting in a home? Prithvi says that he knew what should do? She don’t need to teach him anything. He disconnected the call. Meanwhile, Neeti calls Parineet and theretens her. Parineet asks her didn’t she died yet? She thought she cuts her wrist this time for real. Neeti says that she seems to be excited to see her death. It won’t happen. She threatens her. Parineet gives a fitting reply to her. Parineet says that she was always threatening her but not doing anything.

The staff puts the garland on Prithvi. He makes Ambika puts a tilak on his face. He says that it’s completed now. Sanju comes there. He asks them what’s going on here? Prithvi says that she welcome him. Ambika demands him to leave from there. Parineet threatens to call the police and send the securities to catch him. Later, she announced Sanju is the new CEO. Prithvi comes there and says that he is one of the new owner of this company. He bought 26% shares of her company. Neeti brings the documents and mocks Parineet. Ambika excuses them. Sanju confronts Neeti. She complaints that he ignore her and doesn’t even care about her life. She is faithful to her company and supporting Prithvi. Sanju upset with her. Later, Prithvi makes fun of Parineet. Ambika says that she shouldn’t take him lightly at all. Parineet promised to defeat him. They are discussing about the new project. Both Sanju and Prithvi having different opinions. Prithvi challenged Sanju to win the pre booking. He will resign as a CEO. He accepted the challenge
