Episode begins with Pashminna enters Dadi’s room. Dadi asks Pashminna that why the latter looks sad when she is getting married. Pashminna tells Dadi that she has to leave Preeti after marriage and Preeti will feel lonely. Dadi says that Preeti won’t feel lonely because Pashminna is Preeti’s daughter. She says that Pashminna treats everyone well. She tells Pashminna that she failed to understand the latter’s worth. She apologizes to Pashminna for blaming her for everything. She prays to God for Pashminna’s happiness. Pashminna tells Dadi that she is happy. Dadi asks Pashminna to have food. Pashminna nods at Dadi and leaves from there.
Doctor begins Raghav’s surgery. Pashminna gets worried and prays to God for the patient. She asks Nurse about the patient condition. Nurse tells Pashminna that the patient had been stopped breathing so doctor giving electric treatment.
Pashminna struggles to breathe. She tells Preeti that the patient is Raghav. Preeti asks Pashminna that whether the latter became mad. She says that that’s not possible because Raghav went to Canada. Pashminna tells Preeti that Raghav held her hand and she felt Raghav’s presence. Preeti asks Pashminna to stop it and not ruin the future. She says that Rishi accepted Pashminna after knowing Raghav and Pashminna’s past. She adds that they can’t test Rishi and his family patience.
Pashminna murmurs that the patient is Raghav. Preeti tells Pashminna to not ruin the second chance which life gave the latter. Pashminna tells Preeti that the patient is Raghav. Preeti says that that’s not Raghav and even if that’s Raghav, she will tell Moina about him. She adds that Moina will take care of Raghav.
Meanwhile, Kailash tells Paras that Raghav’s family keep messaging Raghav so they believed Raghav went to Canada. He says that he will complete Paras work. He reveals that Birju will mix poison in Raghav’s medicine.
Pashminna struggles to breathe. Preeti asks Pashminna that what happened to the latter. She asks Nurse to treat Pashminna. Nurse tells Preeti to take Pashminna to emergency room. Preeti asks Pashminna to take deep breathe.
Raghav becomes stable and surgery gets over. Pashminna also becomes stable. Preeti wonders whether the patient is really Raghav. Rishi tells Pashminna that the patient is really fine so they should go home. Pashminna says that she will come after seeing the patient once. Preeti tries to stop Pashminna so Rishi takes Preeti to canteen.
Pashminna enters Raghav’s room and sees Raghav. She tells him that she knew it was him. Raghav takes Pashminna name in his unconscious state. She decides to tell everyone about Raghav and leaves from there.
Birju mixes poison in Raghav’s medicine. He calls Kailash and informs everything and leaves from there. Pashminna hears everything and understands Raghav’s life in danger. She removes the medicine. She wonders where she should take Raghav. Preeti and Rishi comes there but no one is there. Birju wonders where is Raghav and leaves from there. Preeti wonders where is Pashminna. Birju tells Kailash that Raghav is missing. Kailash scolds Birju. Pashminna hides in the hospital with Raghav.
