Episode begins with Preeti recalls that how she learnt that she is pregnant. She tells Pashminna that she brought her up alone till now but she don’t have any other choice now. She adds that she can go any extend to save Pashminna.
Kailash scolds Paras for screaming in the hospital. He tells Paras to go home. Paras says that Kailash wanted him to become a hero. Kailash tells him that he did not tell him to scream like this in the hospital. Avinash overhears their conversation. Kailash tells Avinash that the latter is going to save his daughter in law.
Dadi tells Mohana to not worry because she will handle Ruhaan. Ruhaan says that Pashminna need Raghav’s support so he will wait to see Raghav. Dadi decides to go to temple. Ruhaan asks her to pray for Pashminna too.
Ayesha tells Preeti that Avinash will save Pashminna. Raghav says that Pashminna is not less than a heroine. He adds that how Pashminna saved him. Ayesha tells Pashminna that she feels connection with Preeti in short time. She says that she is like Pashminna’s sister because Avinash is going to donate blood to Pashminna. She adds that Preeti need Pashminna so Pashminna should become fine soon. Raghav asks Preeti that if she is hurt that he told her to take Pashminna ‘s father help. And he asks her that if Pashminna’s father affect her still.
Avinash asks Nurse to tell the blood test results to him. He tells Paras that he heard the latter saved Pashminna. He says that he want to help Paras. Nurse tells Avinash that he can donate blood to Pashminna. Avinash asks Paras to find blood donor for Pashminna. He says that he won’t donate blood and he will bring another blood donor. Paras tells him that they don’t have much time. Avinash tells him that he will handle everything.
Raghav asks Preeti to not hesitate to accept Pashminna’s father help in the future because she has all the rights to accept the help. Kailash comes there and tells them that Avinash can’t donate blood. Raghav asks that if Avinash is fine. Paras says that Avinash’s blood pressure is high. Avinash apologizes to Preeti. Ayesha asks Avinash that if he is fine. Avinash says that he is feeling better so he will donate blood. Preeti says that Avinash need not to donate blood.
Paras asks Avinash that where is blood donor. Avinash tells him that blood will come in private helicopter. He sees Preeti’s father and hides from him.
Ayesha and Raghav tries to arrange blood. Ayesha tells Raghav that Avinash may have solution. Avinash tells them that they should leave for airport. Raghav tells Avinash that he can’t leave. Avinash tells him that Kailash will arrange blood for Pashminna. Raghav tells him that he don’t trust Kailash. He says that he is alive because of Pashminna so he won’t leave no matter what. Ayesha and Mohana also refuses to leave. Avinash gets pissed off. Doctor tells Preeti that Pashminna may slip into coma if she don’t get blood then.
