Episode starts with the happy dance of the entire team of Pati Patni Aur Panga to the theme song of the show. Then everyone welcomes today’s special guest actress Shehnaaz Gill who came for the promotion of her new movie. She seems to be a very sweet and honest person. She praises the couples on the show and gives examples of why she likes each couple here. For the first reality check of the day, some questions would be asked to the wives in the first round and if their answers match their husbands they would win or else they would lose. In the second, the husbands would have to do this. This reality check runs for a good time and there seems to be a lot of Pangas specially between Fahad and Swara. Guru Debina and Sudeshji-Mamata ji win this reality check.
In the next reality check, Shehnaaz would be playing. She would be asked some questions by the husbands. This is the red and green flag reality check wherein Shehnaz and the wives would have to show red or green flags according to the questions of the husbands. If their answers match they would win or else they would lose the points. When Pawan’s time comes, he stammers and gets stuck. Immediately the 2G sign shows over his face. Finally he asks if a husband can hide things from his wife to save the relationship. Geeta doubts if he has hidden anything from her so he really confesses something. Heating it Geeta becomes emotional but Pawan apologises to her and also says he loves her.
Munawar asks Sonali if she likes long drives so she says yes. He says that then they can go for one the next day and also that they would witness some long drives by the participants now.For this reality check Geeta-Pawan, Rubina-Abhinav and Milind-Avika. Munawar explains the reality check. The participants would have to drive the cars from a tricky road and have three checkpoints along with three tasks. The car that would complete the tasks and park the car properly first would win the reality check. When the cars arrive they turn out to be worn out maruti 800s. They would have ten overall minutes. First they don’t understand how the car locks would open so they struggle for sometime and finally get in the cars. Avika, Pawan and Abhinav drive the cars. It seems like Avika is driving for the first time so she looks very scared but follows Milind’s instructions very well. He says he is proud of her. Rubina surely puts on the car belt for safety. The roads seem to be laid with tires and other things that make the road rocky and bumpy. Avika and Abhinav’s team reach their first check point and get the tasks. Both of them get the task to complete their child’s homework so they start doing it.
Pawan crosses the first checkpoint and then gets a good scolding from Geeta. So he takes the car backwards and then they get their task. At the next point, they are asked to exchange the driver’s seats. After this the task is given only to the husbands. They are asked to make chocolate milk and pour it in a glass bottle. At a point, Pawan Geeta’s car stops and they fail to move it in any direction and their car starts emitting smoke. They get scared and wonder if it would catch fire. All the three cars tumble upon different borders and flags and finally reach the finish line. After checking all the parameters, Abhinav and Rubina are considered the winners. Episode ends.
