The episode starts with Omkar coming to hospital. He asks his staff where are his parents. The staff informs him that some people had barged in house and had court papers which said that the house was already bought by someone else. Manjiri had fainted on seeing that and is admitted in hospital. Omkar wants to go to meet her but staff says doctor told she cannot meet anyone now. He informs that Shankar has gone to buy medicine but his ATM card is blocked. Omkar gives money and his ATM card to staff to clear all payments for hospital bills and medicines. Megha says she will find out whats happening. Omkar gets call from factory and gets shocked. He reaches factory and find it sealed.
Megha checks legal papers and informs him all this is done by company with whom he has all the exchange for business. She says him that company has been bought by someone else and new management has done this by calling him as defaulter as he had not cleared a huge amount of money in time. She says him to check his old mansion where Tara is as it may be sealed too. Omkar says he cannot lose that place. After reaching back to mansion he feels relieved seeing its not sealed. Maya and Vishakha come there.
Omkar tells Mayura that she need to pay for everything she has been doing. He asks Mayura not to look at his mansion. Vishakha mocks him and hands him papers which says now Maya is new owner of the bungalow. Mayura sees Megha peeking through gate, so she tells her how Vishakha’s staff saw Megha here and informed them by sending a picture. She says unknowingly Megha helped her sister for once. Then Mayura goes to enter inside and sees Tara’s handprint on wall, she praises Omkar for being religious. Then she says even her handprints should be here and proceeds to put hers just above Tara’s.
Omkar gets annoyed and tears the property papers. He says that bungalow is not just a building but his dream and passion. Mayura proposes a deal to Omkar to get all his properties back in return of Tara. She says him he can take everything back but he should cut off all his ties with Tara. Omkar denies it. Shankar calls to inform that Omkar’s cards are also not working and they may shift Manjiri to government hospital. However staff informs Shankar that bills have been cleared. He sees Mayura’s name and realizes everything is being done by her.
Omkar thinks Megha will hide Tara while he is deviating Mayura’s attention. Mayura goes inside bungalow and gets distressed on not finding Tara. Vishakha’s staff bring Megha and says she was escaping through backdoor. Mayura asks her about Tara but she says Tara isn’t with her. Omkar again mocks Mayura and says she can take everything but will never get Tara. He says she can never become a mother as there is no one to address her as mother. Vishakha feels annoyed hearing his words. Mayura says it was her mistake to have sympathy towards them and pay Manjiri’s hospital bills. She says Omkar she cannot bear to see his face and asks him to get out. The episode ends on Mayura’s worrried face.
