The episode starts with Omkar bringing water for Mayura. She looks at him. Omkar says he will go and check other people in the rural area. Mayura wants to come along but Omkar strictly denies. He ask kids there to look after Mayura. Mayrua again gets flashbacks from past. Ashwaria has been hiding and observing all this.
Ashutosh says inspite of court orders, Omkar played his game. Mayura herself went to meet Omkar. He tells how to make Mayura realize that she is trusting a devil.
Omkar meets Neel and tells him that Mayura herself came to meet him. Neel tells him he has called police. Omkar says he didn’t call Mayura here. He just funded for the project. It was Neel who bought Mayura here. He says Neel that he cannot defeat his love. He tells him even though Mayura has lost her memories but her heart still remembers him. Ashwaria overhears all this and gets shocked to know Mayura has forgotten Omkar.
Mayura comes back home with Neel very happily and tells everyone that she enjoyed a lot. Then she starts praising Omkar for funding the medical supplies and still being very humble. She goes on talking good about him while her family members get annoyed. She stops as she sees their facial expressions. She asks Sulekha to prepare food for her.
Ashutosh and Neel have a conversation about keeping Mayura safe and Ashutosh requests Neel to marry Mayura. He says he feels they are made for each other. Neel says he is just speechless. Ashutosh says sorry if he has asked for too much. Neel says he likes Mayura a lot but he has never seen Mayura in that way. He asks Ashutosh to once ask Mayura’s opinion about the same. He says if she agrees, Neel is fine with their decision.
While all are sitting together, Sulekha asks Mayura if she feels good that Dr Neel will be with her when she starts her clinical practice. Mayura says she is really glad he will be by her side to guide her and things look easier because of him. Dadi also praises Neel. Mayura says Neel has lot of fan following and even Nisha likes him. Sulekha asks her if she likes him. Before Mayura can answer, she receives her photo with the kids from rural society and gets very happy however when Sulekha asks her she says she smiled because of some random joke sent by Nisha. Ashutosh says he feels Mayura will agree.
Mayura thinks why her heartbeats are increasing just by Omkar’s call. She and Omkar have a light moment. Omkar praises Mayura saying she was looking pretty. She says even Omkar looked handsome. Omkar stammers and says he was saying about kids they met today. Later Omkar asks Mayura if he call her again if he has some work. Mayura says he can call her anytime with or without work too.
At hospital Neel wonders if Ashutosh spoke to Mayura. Ashutosh and Mayura share a sweet moment as Ashutosh talks to her about her childhood when she used to talk about marriage. Mayura says is he thinking about getting her married. Ashutosh says her career won’t be compromised and she will stay in Bhopal too. Mayura says she will marry if someone accepts her with her mark on the face. Ashutosh asks her to marry Neel. Mayura argues and says Neel won’t agree for the same. However Ashutosh informs her that Neel already said yes.
