The episode starts with Sanchit saying to Rani that he will expose her real identity to his family. Rani extends her nails and pricks Sanchit’s neck with it. She collects a drop of blood from Sanchit’s neck. She changes that blood drop into a ring and wears it. She says that Sanchit will be under her control as long as she has this ring. She puts him to sleep by singing a song. On the other hand, Pavitra finds Rocky being agitated in his sleep as he gets a glimpse of Pishach’s words in his dream. Pavitra sits near him and recites prayers to calm him down.
The next morning, Sapna and Bubli are preparing Sargi for Karwa Chauth. Sapna asks Bubli to call Rani to have Sargi. Bubli asks if she can call Pavitra too, as it’s her first Karwa Chauth. Sapna agrees, but asks to call Rani first and praises her for keeping fast for Sanchit. There Sanchit’s shown massaging Rani’s leg. Bubli enters the room. Rani pretends to take Sanchit’s blessings by touching his feet. Rani says that Sanchit will also come along with her as he is also keeping fasting for her.
Rock is sitting in the bathtub. Pavitra pours ice cubes into that bathtub to reduce Rocky’s body temperature. She reassures Rocky that soon they will find a solution with God’s help. Rocky feels grateful for the less time that he spent with Pavitra and he is fine even if he dies. Pavitra closes his mouth, preventing him from talking about death. Rocky teases Pavitra by calling her hitler. Rocky notices that the ice cubes have melted. Pavitra says that if it’s necessary she will even get the himalayas for him. She goes to get more ice cubes. There Bubli praises Sanchit also fasting for Rani. After Bubli leaves, Sanchit asks if he should also fast. Rani forces him to fast for her.
Pavitra pours a bucket full of ice cubes into the bathtub. Someone knocks at the door. Rocky understands that someone has come to call Pavitra to have Sargi. He asks her to go, but Pavitra is refused to leave Rocky alone. The latter assures her that he will be fine and urges her to go. Pavitra obliges. Pavitra opens the door and is surprised to find Rani. The latter asks Pavitra if she’s fasting for Rocky. Pavitra nods yes. Rani sees the ice cubes on the ground and asks if Rocky is fine. Pavitra says that he is fine and he is sleeping. She prevents Rani from entering the washroom and taunts her. Rani asks Pavitra how long she is going to pretend that Rocky is fine. She says that Pavitra won’t be able to save Rocky till night.
Inside the bathroom, the bathtub water’s temperature increases due to increasing Rocky’s body’s temperature. Here, Rani says that Rocky has to go to Pishach’s world. She adds that no one who has gone there can ever return. She laughs, mocking Pavitra. Pavitra says firmly that no one can separate her husband from her. Bubli arrives there to call Rani. She also asks Pavitra to get ready and come to have Sargi.
The Thankur ladies sit at the breakfast table to have Sargi. Pavitra wonders where Vidya is. Sapna and Bubli are surprised when they learn Shikha is also fasting. Vidya comes downstairs. She sits next to Pavitra. They discuss finding a solution to save Rocky. Rani sees this. She goes near Pavitra on the pretext of feeding her food. Rani says to Pavitra that she can’t save Rocky by fasting. Pavitra says that Rani doesn’t eat and tries to feed her food. Rani refuses. Pavitra asks Sapna to feed Rani and leaves with Vidya upstairs.
Sapna is about to feed food to Rani. Shikha starts to tell the family about her online friend, whose name is Veer. She says that she likes him even without meeting him. She further says that he is coming that night to meet the family. She adds that he is a history professor. On the other hand, a man in a black hoodie is shown. Here Sapna is surprised to see Sanchit finishing his plate fast. Sapna comments about Sanchit eating a lot while Rani is not eating at all. Rani diverts the conversation. She calls herself lucky to get Sanchit. She glares at Pavitra, who is looking at her from upstairs and says every girl isn’t lucky like her. She thinks that Pavitra won’t be able to save Rocky from the Pishach’s world. Meanwhile, Rocky is shown being pulled into Pishach’s world.
