The episode starts with Rocky and Pavitra having a romantic moment. Janam janam song plays in the BG. Rani sees Shikha talking over someone on the phone. She thinks of using Shikha to interfere in Rocky and Pavitra’s romantic moment. Rani goes to Shikha. She asks if she’s on her side, if she will do whatever she wants. Shikha agrees. Rani mesmerizes Shikha. The latter jumps down from the balcony. Rocky and Pavitra come there running, hearing Shikha’s scream. They found Shikha lying unconscious with her head bleeding on the floor. Rocky and Pavitra call out to the family. They all rush and are shocked to see Shikha’s condition. They take her inside. Pavitra wonders how Shikha fell and looks upward. She finds Rani standing on the balcony smiling.
The doctor treats Shikha. He asks Sapna to take care of Chikha and leaves. Sanchit praises Rani and says that she will make Shikha well. Shikha gains consciousness. She recalls Rani mesmerizing her. She signs Rani to Sapna, who fails to understand her. Sapna asks Shikha how she fell down. Rani says that Shikha likes someone and she’s talking with him. Sapna says that they’re aware and wants to meet him. Rani says that someone asked Shikha to stay away from that guy. Bubli says that they haven’t said anything to Shikha and asks who told this to Shikha. Rani says that maybe Pavitra said it. She says that she saw Pavitra with Shikha.
Shikha was worried and was going towards the balcony. She says that maybe she was lost in her thoughts and lost balance and fell down. Sapna asks what the connection is between Pavitra and Shikha’s boyfriend. Rani says that Rocky didn’t come in time to break Pavitra’s fast, while Shikha’s boyfriend broke her fast through the video call despite being busy. She says that Pavitra got jealous of Shikha’s happiness, so she said negatively about him to Shikha and asked her to stay away from him. Rocky arrives there and defends Pavitra. He says that Pavitra was with him in their room when Shikha fell. He says that Rani is lying. Sanchit says that Rani can’t lie. He says that Rocky can’t speak to Rani like that. Rocky says that Rani is wrong to accuse Pavitra without any proof.
Rocky says that they should find out what happened to Shikha first to know who is really responsible. Rani shows her eyes, which have turned green to Sanchit. Sanchit hits Rocky, which shocks everyone. Rocky is surprised that Sanchit hit him when he had never hit before. He says that he has changed after marriage. Sanchit holds Rocky’s collar and warns him not to speak a word against Rani. Sanchit tries to hit Rocky again. The family stops Sanchit. Pavitra arrives there and is shocked to see Rocky and Sanchit fighting. Sanchit asks Rocky to apologize to Rani. Rocky refuses. He says that Rani is responsible for whatever is happening in this house. He is about to reveal Rani’s truth, but Pavitra stops Rocky.
Pavitra apologizes on behalf of Rocky. She defends Rocky and says that whatever he does, it’s for his family. Sanchit still demands Rocky to apologize to Rani. Sapna asks Sanchit to end this matter here. She asks Rani the same. Rani sheds crocodile tears and says that she’s not hurt by Rocky’s words. Rani thinks that she will create problems in the family using the son of this family. She smirks.
