The episode starts with the Rajputs lighting the diya and Pavitra getting ready to inject the syringe into Rocky’s heart. They are shocked when Rocky wakes up from sleep. Meanwhile, Rani reaches home and is about to enter it. But she feels a current passing through her body as soon as she places her foot in the entrance of the mansion and gets thrown away. A wall made of smoke appeared in front of her preventing her from going inside. Inside the house, Pavitra recalls Kanika’s words. She runs with the syringe in her hand towards Rocky, who looks at her confused. Pavitra successfully injects the syringe into Rocky’s heart. Rocky faints. Pavitra holds him. Outside, Rani understands that Nashak created a barrier to prevent her from going inside. A FB shows Kanika saying to Pavitra about the same. Inside the house, Rocky gains consciousness. He becomes a human again. He calls Pavitra “Piku”. Rajputs smile. Pavitra hugs Rocky, shedding happy tears. Pavitra thanks God for curing Rocky. Rocky then meets his family. Sapna asks from inside the wall if Rocky is fine. Rocky says mom. Outside, Rani tries to enter the barrier created by Kanika using the pishach world fire.
There, Rocky breaks the wall and releases Sapna. Sapna becomes emotional at seeing Rocky and hugs him. Rocky remembers how he mistreated everyone and apologizes to Sapna. Sapna says that it wasn’t Rocky, but a zombie. She says that he got her Rocky and nothing else matters. Rajputs share a group hug. Here, Rani’s body is burning with pishach world fire. Rani crosses the fire. She feels a lot of pain while doing so and screams. The Rajputs hear this. They get ready to attack Rani since they have all the necessary weapons for that. But Pavitra says that they can’t attack Rani now as Rocky isn’t completely free from Rani and reminds them of the blood pact that he made with her. Rocky also remembers the same. Rocky decides to pretend to be still be a zombie in front of Rani.
There, Rani crosses the barrier. She says that Nashak can’t stop her and now no one can save the Rajputs from her. Here, Rocky asks Pavitra to injure him with the knife in the same place where he had wounds on his face when he was a zombie. Pavitra cries as she’s unable to hurt him. Rocky urges Pavitra to do as they don’t have any other way. Rocky holds Pavitra’s hand and injures himself with the knife. Rani enters the house. She shouts, calling out to Pavitra. She says that she knows that Pavitra has her baby. She says that Pavitra’s plan can never be successful as she has returned. Pavitra, Rocky and the rest of the family hear this. Rocky asks Pavitra to finish the work fast. Pavitra asks the rest of the family to make sure that Rani shouldn’t know what happened during her absence and asks them to remove all the evidence quickly. The Rajputs oblige. A furious Rani goes to the room in which she locked Pavitra. She finds it empty. She wonders where Pavitra can go. She remembers that only Rocky can open this room except her and wonders why Rocky would open the door. She transforms into Pishachini and goes to find them. Meanwhile, Pavitra applies sand to Rocky’s face so that he looks like a zombie. Rani arrives there and finds Rocky and the rest of the family. She says to him that she knows that Pavitra did everything and asks where she is. Rocky says that she is here. Pavitra comes in front of Rani.
