The episode starts with Alisha starts questioning Rani who disguised herself for the interview. Rani cover her face with mask and spectacles and Anisha is unable to indentify her. Anisha tells Rani to sit while Rani thinks that Dwani was unable to recognise her. Rani tells Dwani that her mother has send her to take care of her and Rani removes her mask. Rani tells Dwani that she is going for a competition and Dwani wishes her all the best. Rani regrets that she is lying her own daughter. Anisha starts questioning Rani to demonstrate how will she gives glucose to a patient and Rani starts showing her skills but Rani is afraid also because her name is in front of Anisha. Rani thinks how will she save her name.
Dwani go out of Ritika because she has patient to visit and Dwani demands Ritika to buy her an ice cream but she will not her mother. Dwani tells Ritika if she will take care of her if is unable to see.
Rani is nervous and Anisha calls the another nurse for the interview because Rani is very slow. Asha tells Rani that she will have to move her quickly.
Dwani enjoys her icecream and Digvijay passes in front of her. Digvijay identifies that she is the same girl and he stops the car to check. Digvijay walks towards Dwani but she leaves with Ritika in an auto. Digvijay misses the chance to meet Dwani and Digvijay thinks that what is Dwani doing in Mumbai and why he is getting attracted to her.
Anisha is about to see the name but at the same Anisha gets a call from her driver that Digvijay will take time to reach the hospital. Rani listens the conversation and thinks why she is here with her daughter in front of fake people. Rani prays Kanhaji that she gets the better opportunity and she leaves this place. Rani spills tea of the candidates list.
Rani share her problem with Ritika and she is afraid if one day Anisha recognise then she will be in a big problem. Ritika tells Rani that Dwani has consumed an ice cream today and she was telling her about her low vision. Rani tells Ritika that she makes an excuse to give hope to Dwani and Ritika asks Rani if she informs her father. Rani tells her that her father is not well and she doesn’t want to disturb him.
Niranjan starts searching for Rani with Priya but she didn’t get any clue. Priya suggests Niranjan to go to police station and Niranjan remembers that there is a friend of Rani called Ritika stays but he didn’t have her number. Rani tells Ritika that she will leave her house in two days and shift in the nurse hostel. Niranjan gets the address of Ritika and they goes to meet Ritika.
Rani is worried because she feels someone will her and she is also afraid to inform her father also. Niranjan arrives with Priya at Ritika’s house and they gives a bell also. Ritika opens the door and she gets her delivery. Niranjan went to a wrong address but the get the number of Ritika from the lady lady but the number is wrong. Niranjan lose hopes and Priya suggests him to go Rajkot. Priya reminds Niranjan that he always taught Rani to fight and struggle and if she needs them then she will contact them. Priya gives hopes to Niranjan and takes him back.
Dwani gets ready because Rani is taking her to a day care where she will enjoy and makes new friends. Rani is also having her first day of job.
Digvijay keep thinking about Dwani and Anisha interrupts him. Digvijay asks Anisha if she gets any information of that girl and he tells her that he saw the same girl in Mumbai. Digvijay tells Anisha that they must find the girl because she needs a quick surgery. Digvijay blames Dwani’s parents for the negligence.
Rani gets ready and she gets emotional seeing herself in a nurse uniform. Rani still wants to be a doctor and she wish to give a better life to Dwani.
Digvijay tells Anisha that he is serious about that child because he thinks she is a close to his heart. Anisha gets jealous and she tells Digvijay that the child parents might giving her treatment somewhere else.
Rani brings Dwani to day care and she asks the teacher to take care of Dwani because she is very naughty. The teacher assures to take care of Dwani and Rani says good bye to Dwani.
Rani arrives at the first day of her job and she starts giving suggestions to doctor. The doctor gets annoyed on Rani and starts taunting her. The permenent nurse gives warning to nurse and the other nurse starts taunting Rani. Shanti tells Rani that she should not give advice to any senior doctor until she has been asked. Rani has been appointed in the cardiologist ward and Rani thinks that it’s Digvijay’s ward. Rani hesitates but Shanti insists her to go at the cardiology ward. Digvijay is arrived at the hospital.
