The episode starts with Rani feeling restless and she tells DJ to wake up. Dj asks Rani if she is fine and Rani tells him that something is happening in her stomach. Rani takes Dj’s hands to her stomach and they feel the kick of the baby. Rani and DJ are very happy and Rani gets he best feeling in her life. Rani tells DJ that soon their dreams will come true and they will be blessed with a baby. Dj and Rani hug each other.
Naryani calls Pandit ji for the puja and Baa tells Pandit ji to say some mantar to Madhuri so that she can become a mother. Naryani tells Madhuri to go and Pandit ji tells the rules and regulations for the puja but Baa and Pinky tell Naryani that Rani always disobeys them. Naryani tells Dj that she wants them to listen to what they are saying to them. Naryani tells DJ to invite Alisha in the puja but Dj tells her that she is busy in the hospital but Pinky and Baa forced Dj to invite Pinky and let her decide.
Pinky informs Alisha to come in the puja and DJ tells Alisha she can come if she wants. Alisha gets angry because Dj and Rani are together because of the baby. Alisha calls Kavita to ask the practical exam date and she wants her to fix the date tomorrow . Alisha tells Kabita if she fails to do so then she will be in big trouble.
Rani learns from the notice that she is having a practical exam tomorrow but she can’t come because of the puja and she doesn’t appear for the exam then she will be in big trouble. Rani approaches Soham for help but he suggested her to give the exam and shift her personal work.
Dj asks Rani why the college has changed the schedule suddenly and Rani doesn’t want to fail. Dj suggests to Rani that she can come from the exam and then attend the puja. Rani tells DJ that she has promised Naryani that she will be at home to attend the puja and DJ tells her that soon she will become a doctor. Dj tells Rani to get ready for the exam while he fixes something for her.
Naryani tells Madhuri to get the bhok ready with Devu and DJ tells Rani not to say anything between them. Dj tells Naryani that he is taking Rani for the vaccination and Baa gives them an ultimatum to return back by 12.
The exam is about to start and the examiner starts the exam but Rani comes at the same moment. Rani sees a dead body in front of her and she starts feeling vomiting. Dj waits for Rani to finish her exam.
Alisha comes to the puja at the time and Baa is impressed with Alisha. Devu tells Ishaan that Alisha never misses a chance. Alisha gets a call from the college that Rani is attending the puja and how she can cut the dead body. Baa and Narayani get angry at Rani for cutting a dead body. Alisha takes advantage of the situation and Devu reminds Ishaan that Alisha is a clever and cunning girl. Baa gets paranoid and she tells Naryani that her son goes out of hand. Devu asks Alisha how she gets to know that Rani is in the college and she is not related to the college. Pinky tells Devu not to be involved in this matter and Naryani tells Devu to call Rani. Rani is about to cut the dead and she is really not feeling well. Devu tells Naryani that Rani’s phone is switched off and Baa starts screaming. Alisha decides to call the professor and take the photo also.
