The episode starts with Rani does her work properly but she gets lots of call from Dwani and suddenly the police asks Rani to give them statements of other patients. Aai tells Dwani that her mother must be busy in treating other patients due to an medical emergency and Dwani gets impatient. Dwani calls again and Rani picks up the call. Rani tells Dwani that she is helping patients which are badly injured and they need immediate treatment. Digvijay sees Rani is talking in the phone and he goes to her. Digvijay tells Rani to stop wasting her time and focus on her work else leave the job. Rani thinks that she wants to go far away from him Kanhaji is bringing her near to him.
Anisha tells Naryani if she wants see her happy with Digvijay then she will have to talk to Digvijay when he comes back from hospital that he will to marry her directly because this is her last chance to know whether Digvijay likes her or not. Anisha gets ready for the hospital and decides to leave. Naryani tells Pinky that why Digvijay is not forgetting his past and if she is pressuring him. Pinky tells Naryani that she is doing the right thing and she reminds Naryani that she is a guardian who can decision for her child.
A patient appreciates Rani and their teammates for working hard and taking care of all the patients. Nurse Shanti tells Rani to take rest and have food which Digvijay has ordered for everyone. Rani wants to go back home but Digvijay tells her to have the breakfast. Anisha comes to the hospital and she takes away Digvijay with her. Digvijay apologises Anisha for leaving her alone in the engagement. Anisha tells Digvijay that she wants to have important topic to discuss and she tells directly that she wants to marry him directly. Rani listens to the conversation and Shanti informs Digvijay that a patient is very critical. Digvijay tells Shanti to provide him best nurse to assist him in the surgery and Shanti appoints Rani to help him.
Digvijay tells everyone to focus on the surgery and Digvijay sees Rani in front of him. Digvijay tells Rani that she will stay with him and Digvijay starts the surgery.
Rani helps Digvijay in the surgery and together they complete the surgery. Digvijay thanks all the nurse who helped him and Rani leaves the ot immediately. Rani remembers that Anisha wants to marry Digvijay and why this topic bother her. Rani decides that she will not get weak and Digvijay asks Shanti about the nurse who helped him. Digvijay appreciates Rani’s work and he tells Shanti that Rani is a hard working nurse. Shanti tells Digvijay that Rani has joined them two days ago and she really take care of the other patients also. Digvijay asks the name of the nurse from Shanti and Shanti tells Digvijay that she is called as doctor nurse. Digvijay tells Shanti that he wants to meet that Doctor nurse and he is very eager to meet her.
Shanti informs Rani that Dr Digvijay wants to meet because he is very impressed with her work and Rani wants to meet her some other day because her daughter is waiting for her. Shanti suggests Rani to meet him for one mins because Dr Digvijay doesn’t want meet anyone without any reason. Shanti and Rani finds that Digvijay is not at his cab and they see Anisha and Digvijay together. Anisha forcefully takes Digvijay back home and Rani also decides to leave. Aai asks Rani why she is late and Rani tells Aai that she has to go for an important surgery. Aai tells Rani to take rest while she is going to the temple. Rani sees herself asking that she is doing injustice to her daughter by hiding the fact and she tells Rani if Digvijay gets to know the fact then he will take Dwani away from her. Rani tells her that it’s easy for Digvijay but after that her life will be hell and Rani decides to take care of her daughter alone. She tells Rani not to ruin her daughter’s life because of her stubborn and a mother only wants her child to stay happy. She tells Rani that she is scared to tell the name of the father to Dwani. Aai sees Rani is crying and Rani tells Aai that she is not a good mother. Aai gives her hope that she is a good mother and Rani tells Aai that she is taking Dwani to a good doctor who will do her surgery in a low cost. Rani meets the same police officer in Ahmadabad and the police starts questioning Rani why she is here in this city. Rani tells the police that she is working Medicare Hospital and the police starts questioning Rani about her identity card.
The police calls the hospital and verify that she works in the hospital or not. The police starts doubting Rani because her body language feels suspicious and she has been find in both the hospital. The police officer starts keeping eye on Rani.
Baa is not well and her blood pressure is very low. Pinky tells Digvijay that he leaves Anisha alone with completing the ring ceremony. Ishaan tells Pinky that Digvijay has gone to do his work and he was not doing any party. Anisha tells Ishaan that we must not argue and thinks about Baa. Digvijay suggests everyone that they must appoint a nurse for Baa who will take care of her and Digvijay suggests the name of that nurse who assists him. Rani gets the order from nurse Shanti.

Precap- Rani comes to Gandhi niwas and she learns that Digvijay is getting married in 30th this month. Naryani sends the nurse to baa room and Anisha asks Rani how she knows the baa room.
