The episode starts with Kabita waits for Rani to bisect the body and Pinky tells everyone that she feels very ashamed that Rani is bisecting a dead body. Gayatri tells Pinky that it’s common in MBBS. Pandit ji tells Narayani that he can’t offer the puja because it’s inauspicious. Kavita takes the video of Rani and forwards it to Alisha. Narayani and Baa get angry to see the photo of Rani bisecting the body. Pinky tells everyone that Rani is misusing them and DJ is supporting her. Alisha calls Dj a joru ka gulam and Gayatri gets angry with Pinky. Narayani tells Gayatri that Pinky is right and now it’s time for the decision.
Rani is unable to bisect and the examiner told her to take rest but she wants her to complete the task then only she will give her the marks. Rani’s friend tried to defend her but the examiner told her to concentrate on her work.
Dj asks Rani if she is able to do practical or not. Rani tells him that she feels vomiting and her head is spinning. Dj suggests an idea to Rani and he gives her VapoRub so that she doesn’t feel vomiting. Dj gives moral support to Rani and gives her hope to stand. Dj makes her feel that she is the best and she can do it. Rani gathers courage and DJ applies the VapoRub on Rani’s nose. Rani starts the bisect and the examiner is watching Rani. The examiner is impressed with Rani and they wait for the final results.
Meanwhile, Narayani is waiting for Rani and Pinky is impressed with Alisha’s planning. Alisha tells Pinky that this is just the beginning and she has more moves.
Rani finishes her exam and on the way to their home. Rani tells DJ that she goes like this because she has bisected a dead body and she doesn’t want to hurt the sentiments of Narayani. Rani tells DJ if Baa and Naryani get to know then they will hurt and she sends Dj to bring gangajal and Tulsi for purification. Dj goes to take the Ganga jaal and Pinky tells everyone that Rani and DJ have arrived. Pinky starts taunting Dj Rani and DJ tells Pinky that they are not doing anything wrong. Naryani tells DJ not to argue and she sprays the gangajal on them. Naryani tells DJ and Rani to freshen up and then they will talk to them. Dj tries to justify but Narayani yells at them and goes inside the room. Pandit ji tells Naryani that her Bahu is not purified and she can’t sit in the puja. Naryani apologises to Pandit ji for wasting his time and Rani stops Pandit ji.
Naryani tells Rani that she has already told her about the puja but she hurts them and Alisha tells Rani if she misses the exam then she would get less marks. Rani tries to justify Naryani that it’s not Rani’s fault and it was his idea to hide the truth from them. Baa blames Rani for influencing Dj and she tells Rani that she should learn from Alisha but nothing is more important than her studies. Rani tells everyone that Dj always does the surgeries then how could he sit in the puja. Dj agrees with Rani and he tells everyone that he used to do the surgeries and attend the puja. Dj tells everyone that he has not broken any rule and Rani asks Pandit ji that it’s already mentioned in Gita that the duty comes first and she tells Naryani that she hasn’t done anything wrong. Rani tells everyone if they think that she is not liable to sit in the puja then she will not sit.
