The episode starts with Rani going to check the blood pressure of a lady and the senior spells the tea of the writing pad. Rani is worried and she will have to prepare the note again. Dr Soham tells everyone that it’s already 4 pm and they will have to rush fast. The senior spells water on Rani’s phone and her phone is switched off. The senior takes the picture of Rani with Soham. Dj tries to call Rani but her phone is switched off. Alisha asks Dj about the high profile case and DJ fails to explain to her. Alisha asks Dj about his problem and DJ tells her that he is trying Rani but her phone is switched off. Alisha tries to create a misunderstanding between Dj and Soham.
Alisha tells DJ that Soham is using Rani to take revenge. The teacher tells everyone to use the washroom and have water because the bus will stop directly at Ahmadabad. The senior waits for their next move and Alisha plays her next move. Alisha tells DJ to give his phone and concentrate on the surgery. Rani decides to use the washroom and the senior locked her. The senior changes the logo of the washroom and the teacher goes to see Rani. The senior wants to stop Soham also with Rani and Rani cries for help. The teacher in charge sees Rani missing and Soham goes to search for Rani. Soham comes to the washroom gate but he doesn’t find her and the teacher gets worried. The senior insists Soham and other teachers that his family is calling them. Soham calls Dj also to confirm but he didn’t pick up the call. Soham tells the teacher to leave with all the students and he waits for Rani. Soham calls for Rani and Rani bangs the door. Soham opened the gate of the washroom and rescued Rani. Soham asks Rani who locked her inside the bathroom and Rani tells Soham that she doesn’t know how she locked inside the washroom. Rani asks Soham to give his phone to inform DJ and Alisha picks up the phone. Alisha plans to throw Rani out of Dj’s life and she will stay with DJ.
Narayani is worried because Rani hasn’t reached home yet and she blames Gayatri for supporting Rani. Vijay tells Naryani that Rani might be stuck in the traffic and Devu tells Naryani that Dj is busy in the surgery. Pinky is impressed with Alisha’s plan. Soham tells Rani that it is impossible to take any transportation right now and Rani tells Soham to do something. Alisha blocks the number of Soham and she tells DJ that Soham calls him. Alisha tells DJ that Soham told her to inform him that he is staying with Rani in the camp. Dj calls his mother also and he tells her that they are staying at the camp. Dj tells Naryani that he is going to bring Rani and Alisha tells DJ that Soham is taking advantage of the situation. Alisha tells DJ that Soham is using Rani to take revenge.
