The episode starts with Rani’s dilemma what she will do now and how she will become a doctor. Rani thinks that she will have to choose her career and baby. Naryani goes to the wrong cabin and she learns that Rani is on the 4th floor. Rani is stuck in a situation where she doesn’t know what to do. Rani sees a lady holding her baby and she starts imagining herself with the baby but she controls herself. Rani remembers what his father and mother in law told her and what Dj told her. Rani begins to scream and just then she gets a cramps. The doctor is back with the nurse and Rani runs away. Dj learns from the doctor that Rani runs away before the procedure. Naryani searches for Rani and Rani tries to escape from the hospital. Narayani comes to the doctor and asks where Rani is. Dj comes to the hospital and Narayani slaps her. Naryani tells DJ what he is doing her and blames him for killing a child. Rani starts telling herself that she will not kill the baby. Rani collides with a bike but she gets safe. Naryani learned from the doctor that Rani ran away and he tried to call Rani. Dj tells Naryani that Rani runs away and she always insults him. Dj tells Naryani that they are getting pressure to keep the baby and who will handle the baby. Dj tells his mother that no one will handle his baby and he will get engaged with the baby. Naryani tells DJ that she will not allow him to take the wrong step. Rani finds her phone is switched off and Naryani sees the cctv footage.
Naryani starts crying because she is worried about Rani. Dj tells Naryani to calm down and he calls at his residence to inquire about Rani. Roshan tells DJ that Rani is not at home and Madhuri prays that Rani will stay safe always. Baa gets angry with Madhuri and Pinky creates drama in front of Gayatri.
Pinky tells Gayatri that everyone will raise fingers on DJ and she starts blaming Rani. Ajay tells Pinky to watch what she is saying. Baa tells everyone that Rani is an evil girl who always wants to ruin the reputation of her house. Devu tells everyone that Rani doesn’t want the baby but Pinky tells her that Rani is a clever girl. Rani calls Dj to tell him about the problem she faces but Dj starts taunting her and blaming him for insult. Narayani takes the phone to calm down Rani and Rani tells Narayani that she doesn’t have the courage to kill the baby. Naryani is happy to hear that Rani realizes his mistake and she apologized to the DJ for not supporting in this decision. Rani tells DJ that she is ready to keep the baby and Naryani goes to take Rani with DJ.
Dj is angry with Rani and they bring back Rani. Gayatri informs everyone that Rani is safe and they are coming back home. Gayatri tells Devu that her friend is a clever girl who wants the sympathy of everyone. Gayatri gets angry with Pinky and Baa gets angry with Gayatri. Vijay tells Baa to control her and not to create more drama. Ajay tells Baa that we must support Rani. Dj drags Rani in the house.
