The episode starts with DJ yelling at Rani and makes her responsible for everything. Vijay tells DJ to calm down and Naryani tells DJ that he will not say anything to Rani. Dj tells Rani that she tried to humiliate him in his work place. Rani explains to Rani that she realises her mistakes and Naryani supports Rani in her decision. Dj asks Rani is her last decision to keep the child and Rani confirms DJ that she will keep the baby. Naryani tells Rani that she is a very brave girl and she is with her. Naryani tells Rani to give time to Dj and soon he will also realise. Baa tells Naryani that she feels ashamed to see her supporting Rani. Dj throws the books of Rani and tells her that she can’t become a doctor if she decides to become a mother. Rani tells DJ that she will become a mother as well as a doctor. Dj demoralise Rani and tells her that he will not let her become the doctor. Dj challenges Rani that he will see how she became the doctor. Naryani agrees with DJ and tells her to focus on herself not in the studies. Ishaan tells Dj that he is doing totally wrong to Rani and DJ tells Ishaan to explain to Rani that she is totally wrong. Ishaan tells Dj that it’s totally wasteful talking to him and he allows Dj to. Pinky sees Dj is going to the hospital and she informs Alisha about Dj. Pinky tells Alisha that Dj is angry and he is going to the hospital. Pinky tells Alisha that Rani has cheated Dj by not doing the abortion and Rani has given her the chance to get back Dj in her life because she believes that Dj will be happy with her. Pinky thinks that she will throw Rani out of the house once Alisha and DJ get united.
Naryani is trying to make Rani comfortable and consoles her. Narayani tells Rani to give Dj time and soon he will realise. Rani tells Naryani to support her in her decision but Narayani tells Rani that she will support her in her pregnancy not in the studies. Gayatri is surprised to see Naryani feeding her bahu. Naryani tells Gayatri to feed Rani while she goes to bring the tea. Rani shares her problem with Gayatri and she gives her hope.
Dj starts yelling at the ward boy and nurse for the negligence. Alisha tells DJ to calm down and not to yell at someone for his personal issues. Alisha takes Dj with her forcefully and tries to fix his moods.
Chitra shows an influencer who visits places to find the compatibility of the couples. Rani tells Chitra to call Dj and Chirag tells her to call Dj herself. Alisha brings Dj to the Hasmukh Chaat wala. Chitra and Rani watch DJ and Alisha having chaat. Chitra tells Rani that Dj is having fun with her ex and makes her wife upset. Rani tells Chitra not to call Dj and she goes to sleep.
The next morning Rani comes to check the result and Chitra gives her hope that the results will be fine. Rani tells Chitra that she has lots of challenges in her way to be a doctor. Rani checks the result and hugs Chitra. Rani tells Rani that she passed the exam and they start celebrating. Rani decides to share the news with DJ but she stops herself. Rani tells Chitra not to inform DJ because he might be busy with his ex having snacks. Dj comes back from the hospital and Chitra shares the news. Rani tells DJ to change his decision but Dj is determined now that he will not allow Rani to study.
