The episode starts with Alisha see a dream in which Dj tells her that his life has been destroyed after marrying Rani and he tells Alisha that he always loves her. Alisha also tells DJ that she also loves him and suddenly he returns back. Mr Bajaj wakes up Alisha and asks her what happened to her.
Devu brings food Dj and she tells him that Rani doesn’t want to eat the food and he sends it to him. Ishaan tells Rani that Dj is having a high fever and he wants her to help him to give the medicine. Devu tells DJ that Rani is a stubborn girl and Dj wants Rani to have the food.
Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that their hospital reputation is going down because of Dj and he wants Dj to leave the hospital. Alisha tells Mr Bajaj to give her one chance and she will prove that their decision is not wrong. Mr Bajaj allows Alisha to give Dj a chance and Alisha is not desperate for Dj. Alisha wants to separate Dj from Rani.
Rani and DJ are face to face and Rani asks Dj to have the medicine while DJ tells Rani to have the food. Rani remembers that Dj has given her warning and Rani starts eating the food. Pinky informs Alisha that there is bad news for them and that Dj has ended his fight with Rani. Pinky tells Alisha that their hard work wasted and Alisha tells Pinky to stop everything because they don’t have more courage to bear this pain. Pinky is confused about what happened to Alisha but Alisha is planning something big and she is eagerly waiting for the DJ to join the hospital.
It has been one week since, Rani wants to inform the DJ about her sonography but she hesitates to inform but finally she decides to inform him.
A doctor tells Alisha that they have a patient and he is very critical. Alisha decides to transfer the case to Dj and this is her plan to get Dj involved in a conspiracy. Alisha calls Dj and orders her to do a surgery of a 70 year old man and DJ tells Alisha that it might be risky for the patient but Alisha tells him that all the reports are normal. Alisha changes the report and she takes the risk because she wants Dj to take her name.
Naryani reminds Rani about her sonography and Rani tells her that she is taking Devu with her. Dj gets angry with Rani and suggests her to go alone. Naryani stops the argument between Rani and DJ and gives the blessings to Dj. Naryani tells DJ to control himself because he is joining the hospital after a week and suggests Rani to stay calm. Rani reminds Naryani about DJ’S anger issue and she doesn’t want Dj to get hyper on their child.
Dj joins the hospital and he learns that the patient has another cardiac arrest and Dh rush to for the surgery.
Rani’s doctor informs Rani that she is absolutely fine and the growth is going well. Rani assures her baby to take care always even though her husband is very busy and Devu assures that everything will be fine soon. Rani tells Devu that her relationship with DJ is getting worse day by day and she tells her about this morning’s argument. Rani also assures that everything will be fine soon.
Dj starts the surgery and the patient’s son asks her mother why she allows the DJ to start the surgery. The son starts yelling at the hospital and wants to talk to the senior doctor. Alisha assures the son that his father is in safe hands and soon he will get well soon. Suddenly the patient’s blood pressure starts collapsing and the patient is no more. The son wants to go inside the operation theatre because he doesn’t trust Dj because he is a mad doctor. Suddenly Dj comes out from the ot and informs the patient party that they lost the patient. The patient’s son gets angry with the DJ and he drags the DJ in front of everyone. Alisha feels sorry for involving Dj in a conspiracy but assures to bring him back soon.
