The episode starts with DJ telling Rani that he is going to Rajkot to set up a new hospital. Rani asks Dj if he is really going to Rajkot with Alisha and DJ tells Rani that he is really going to Rajkot. Devu tells DJ to take care because he can get a thrash for Rani’s brother and Rani tells Devu that no one can touch Dj. Dj tells Rani that he is not afraid of anyone. Rani gets angry and she throws a hanky on DJ but he catches the hanky.
Dhananjay suggests to Vijay that we must inform the police to guard Dj because Rani’s family is very angry at DJ. Vijay tells everyone that Dj is going for his work not to fight with anyone but Roshan reminds Vijay what happened last time with DJ. Alisha asks Roshan what happened last time with DJ.
Rani tells DJ to take care and if he gets a chance to meet her father. Alisha tells everyone that nothing will happen to Dj and Mr Bajaj will take care of everything. Rani tells Alisha to mind her words before she talks about her brother. Dadi starts taunting but Ajay tells Baa to calm down and assures Rani. Dj tells everyone that the earlier situation was different and now everything is settling between the family. Alisha tells everyone that she is trying to concern everyone but Dj tells Alisha not to interfere and he can take care of himself. Alisha tells DJ that it’s time for the flight. Dj assures Rani nothing will happen. Rani prays that everything goes well.
Niranjan feels restless and he calls for Rani. Niranjan starts getting chest pain and he calls Sagar and Anant. Sagar tells Anant to bring the car. Suddenly Rani gets up from her sleep and she decides to call her father but she stops herself. Rani receives Dj’s message and he tells her that he reached Rajkot. Rani sees that Dj’s jiju is talking to someone and she starts thinking that he is having an affair with a girl named Sikha. Rani learns that Jiju is having an affair with someone and suddenly Rani sees Roop in front of her. Roop tells Rani that she will not say anything to anyone.
Roop comes in front of her husband and Sekhar tells Roop that Deepak has called him. Roop calls Sekhar to her room and Roop tells Sekhar that she knows about his affairs. Sekhar tells Roop that she is overacting but Roop tells Sekhar that she is confirmed now about his affairs. Sekhar tries to deny the allegations but Roop decides to get divorce from him.
Dj and Alisha reach the hospital and they see that the ward boys are sleeping. Dj gets angry at the ward boys and he tells Alisha about the negligence. Alisha tells DJ to take rest but Dj doesn’t want to take a rest and suggests giving a surprise visit to her hospital. Alisha thinks that now she is living her normal life with DJ. Suddenly Sagar brings Niranjan with Neha to admit him. The incharge tells Sagar to do the formalities. Dj calls Rani and Rani tells DJ about her dreams. Dj tells Rani to calm down nothing will happen to her. Suddenly the doctor informs Dj that a patient is admitted in their hospital and his condition is critical. Dj tells Rani to calm down and he will look after her father. Sagar stops Dj and he demands another doctor to see his father.
Dj is not afraid of anyone and he steps inside the ward to see Niranjan. Alisha is jealous and Rani calls Alisha to ask about her father. Alisha gives the phone to Sagar and Sagar starts blaming Rani for his father’s condition. Sagar warns Rani not to come to Rajkot and this makes Rani break down. Ishaan decides to take Rani to Rajkot but Narayani assures Rani that her father will be absolutely fine. Naryani and Gayatri decide to take Rani to Rajkot but Rani wants to meet her father now. Dj starts the treatment and he tries his level best. Vijay tells Rani to calm down and Roshan tells everyone that tomorrow they will take Rani. Ajay tells Roshan to take care of everything and he assures Rani that her father will be absolutely fine. Niranjan’s condition is getting worse.
