The episode starts with Rani interrupting Dj’s press meet and everyone starts gossiping about Rani. Vijay sees Rani in a video clip and Naryani also watches Rani on the mobile. Narayani tells Vijay that she knows why this girl is after her son.
Alisha asks Dj if he knows about this girl and Mr Bajaj asks Alisha to stop what is happening because it’s very embarrassing. Dj drags Rani and takes her alone. The media starts making spicy news of Rani and DJ.
Vijay tells Naryani that she told him that Rani uses Dj but it seems that Rani doesn’t have any faults. Vijay tells Naryani that she is hiding things from him.
Dj asks Rani why she is here and Rani hugs him. Rani tells DJ that she tries to contact him a lot from an unknown number but she doesn’t get any reply. Dj tells Rani that she hides him that she is getting married and she makes him an idiot. Dj tells Rani that he doesn’t care about her and he tries calling her a lot but he doesn’t talk to her. Rani tells DJ that she was not married to anyone and she is here to meet him. Rani tells DJ that she wants to become a doctor and she loves him also. Dj tells Rani that she doesn’t want to get married because the Memani family doesn’t want to make her a doctor and DJ accuses Rani of using him. Dj tells Rani that she is a selfish girl. The media tries to cover the news but Alisha sends them back.
Sagar tells Niranjan and the family members that Rani is in Ahmedabad in Dj’s press meet. Sagar and Anant blame Niranjan for giving freedom to Rani. Niranjan gets angry and he wants to teach a lesson to the DJ and his family. Bhabi is confused and she prays to God to help Rani.
Dj tells Rani that his Pinky bhabi and mother is right that Rani uses him. Rani holds Dj’s collar and tells him that she loves him but he only wants profits. Alisha interrupts the conversation between Rani and DJ. Alisha tells DJ that he will seek his personal matters later. Rani remembers the moment she spent with DJ.
Alisha asks Dj about Rani. Dj tells Alisha that the girl’s name is Rani and Devu’s best friend but Mr Bajaj wants a detailed explanation.
Rani gets broken when she hears Dj doesn’t love her and Dj has done wrong with her. Rani decides to tell DJ’S family what Dj has done with her.
Mr Bajaj tells DJ that the media is giving importance to Rani and this made our hospital reputation get hurt. Dj tells Alisha to handle everything and Alisha calms down Mr Bajaj. Alisha wants to know what the relationship is between Dj and Rani.
Vijay tries to stop Naryani and Vijay tells everyone that Naryani is going to fight with Rani in Dj’s press meet. Narayani tells everyone that Rani elopes from her marriage to get control of her son. Rani comes to answer everyone in Dj’s house.
