The episode starts with Digvijay taking the heart from Rani and walks away. Rani’s picture comes on the television and Digvijay’s family starts accusing her for stealing the organ. Rani gets impressed with Digvijay’s personality and she dreams to be like him.
Rani’s mother distributes sweets in her locality and yet father learns from his bhabi that Rani is on the television. Niranjan turns on the television and sees Rani. Niranjan gets a warning from his Bhabi to make Rani understand that she is going to be her Bahu. Niranjan tells his family that Mrs Demani was about to break the alliance. Rani comes and tells Niranjan that she has topped the exam and now she wants the admission in Ahmedabad college. Niranjan asks Rani what she was doing in the green corridor and Niranjan tells Rani that she will not become a doctor because she is going to get married.
The operation is successful and Digvijay’s senior wants to take the credit but Digvijay won’t allow him to talk to the media. Digvijay goes to talk to the media.
Rani tells her father that she won’t want to get married and she wants to become a doctor. Niranjan tells Rani that whatever she wants to do she can do but in her sasural. Rani’s brother tells Rani that the Demani diamond company is investing in their company and she will have to get married. Niranjan tells Rani that her sasural will decide whether she will study or not.
Digvijay gives the interview and his senior interrupts him. Digvijay is paused when his senior reminds about his break up with his girlfriend. Digvijay attacks his girlfriend in her marriage. Digvijay goes to marry her girlfriend but she doesn’t want to get married. The media asks Digvijay why he is leaving the hospital after a successful transplant.
Rani gets a letter from her mother in which her mother told her to choose her dream as first priority. Rani realised why her mother used to tell her to choose herself but her father always taught her not to become like her mother just because she also saw a dream.
Niranjan thinks that he will not make history repeat again and Niranjan’s wife has hurt them. Niranjan thinks that Rani will have to be married in the Bimani family because he wants the betterment of the family. Niranjan thinks that Rani will rule in her family and he tells her Bahu to distribute the sweets in the school because she has topped the exam. Niranjan tells his Bahu to make Rani’s favourite food. Rani shows the picture of Digvijay to her bhabhi and she tells him that she wants to become a doctor like him. Digvijay gets the amount of 5
Lakh for the transplant but he wants 10 lakh for the operation because he has taken lots of risk.
Digvijay has been welcomed in his family and he sits at the dining table. Digvijay’s father starts taunting him at the table and Digvijay will do lots of loss because of his anger. Biju tells his family that Digvijay is going to join a profit making hospital. Digvijay tells his family that he will do what’s beneficial for him. Dadi tells Biju that this is right to earn but Biju tells his mother that it’s good but he should think first when he is doing it. Digvijay slams his father for giving him a lecture .
