The episode starts with Rani’s friend telling Rani that she will have to do the nursing to manage herself and Dwani. A man steps in to announce the placement of the selected candidates and he starts announcing the name with the appointment letter. Rani gets the placement in Medicare Hospital Ahmadabad and Rani gets panicked. Rani asks the man to change the hospital but the man tells her that the toppers get placed in that hospital. The man tells Rani that she can reject the offer but he can’t assure her for another job. Rani is stuck in a problem and she accepts the letter. Rani searches in the net about the hospital and she sees that Digvijay and Anisha hold the hospital. Digvijay still thinks about Rani and Anisha interrupts her. Digvijay learns from Anisha that four nurses are joining them soon from the Mumbai nursing institute. Digvijay tells Anisha to check the details of the nurse before appointing them because it’s all about the hospital’s reputation. Anisha ensures to handle this and verify the candidates personally.
The lady asks Rani what she is going to do now and Rani tells her that she doesn’t know what to do. Rani tells the lady if she accepts the job then her salary will be 50 k and she can take care of the expenses of her and Dawni. The lady tells Rani that Digvijay has no control on Dwani and she suggests her to accept the job. Rani thinks that Digvijay has married Anisha and she doesn’t care whether Digvijay is engaged with Anisha or not but the fact is Dwani is the heir of Gandhi’s family. Rani tells the lady that she is afraid of Anisha also but the lady suggests her to accept the job. Rani finds another difficulty in her way and her video gets viral. The police are searching for Rani because Rani has taught the lesson to the bad person but she will get punishment for playing with law. Rani starts hiding her bags and she tells the lady that she doesn’t want to see her in difficulty. Rani tells the lady to trust her and she goes to take Dwani from the hospital.
Rani helps Dwani to study and she notices that Dwani’s eyes are getting bad. Dwani tells Rani that she ate some chocolate and she is unable to see things properly. Dwani tells Rani that she will not eat chocolate again and Rani hugs her for telling her the truth. Rani tells Dwani to have dinner and Rani gets broken down because she wants to surgery as fast as possible. Rani asks for a loan but it gets rejected she doesn’t know what to do. Rani tries to contact some ngo but she doesn’t get any help. Suddenly Rani gets a positive reply from Mr Kulkarni and they are ready for the free medical check up of Dwani. The lady appreciates Rani’s hard work and she hopes she will fight from the whole world for Dwani. The lady gives hopes to Rani and Rani tells the lady that she is taking Dwani to Kids welfare ngo.
Digvijay is going to that same ngo where Rani is taking Dwani. Anisha tries to stop Digvijay but he is determined because he wants this initiative to be run successfully.
Rani tells Dwani that she will not go to school tomorrow because she is taking her somewhere else.
Digvijay feels anxiety and he is eager to go that ngo.
Rani brings Dwani to the camp and suddenly Rani sees Digvijay and Anisha bringing police carrying a black dress if her. Digvijay gets angry on Rani for hiding the truth from her and Dwani asks Rani if he is her father. Digvijay tells Dwani that he is her father and now she will stay with him. The police arrest Rani and Digvijay takes away Dwani. Anisha tells Rani that she will never get the chance to meet her daughter but unfortunately it’s a bad dream of Rani. Rani wakes up and hugs Dwani. Rani tells the lady that she saw Digvijay taking her Dwani from her and she can’t live without her daughter. The lady tells Rani that it’s her bad dream and Rani tells her that she can feel Digvijay’s presence nearby. The lady gives hopes to Rani.
Naryani learns from Digvijay that he is going for a meeting in Mumbai and Naryani asks them to inform her after they reach. Anisha assures Naryani that she will take care of everything and Naryani tells Anisha to get married as fast as possible. A flower pot was about to fall on Digvijay but Anisha saves him. Naryani tells Rani that it’s very inauspicious and she tries to stop them. Naryani tied a black thread to save him from the danger and she gives the blessings to them.
The lady tells Rani to get ready to go to the ngo.
Digvijay and Anisha leave for ngo and Rani is going there.
