The episode starts with Koel getting shocked to see Saraswati’s family photo. She takes the photos using her phone, and then she leaves from there. Meanwhile, Subhadra expresses her disappointment towards Sagar for marrying Vedika, leaving Koel in the mandap. Vedika requests Subhadra to be upset with her, not Sagar. Both Sagar and Vedika reveal the truth about Rajeshwari, who is giving the wrong medicine to Saraswati. Subhadra refuses to believe even after Vedika shows the CCTV footage to her. But Vedika convinces Subhadra to reconcile her relationship with Sagar. Sagar, thanks, Vedika. Vedika gets emotional.
There, Koel confronts Mayuri about her real identity, showing Saraswati’s photo with her young daughters. Mayuri tries to convince Koel, saying she is the one who replaced Yamini’s childhood photo with hers. Koel refuses to believe her words. So she demands an answer from Mayuri about her identity truth. Mayuri blames Vedika for putting doubts on Koel’s mind about her real identity. She decides not to spare her, but Koel stops Mayuri from leaving there. She further threatens to kill herself by demanding Mayuri to disclose her identity truth. Mayuri ends up telling Koel that she is Saraswati’s daughter Yamini. Koel gets shocked.
Koel shouts at Mayuri for hiding her real identity truth from her. She also says that she has always felt a connection with both Saraswati and Vedika. Now, she understands why Mayuri wanted her to maintain a distance from them. She then asks Mayuri to tell her the entire truth. Mayuri tells Koel that she found her in the accident spot 20 years back, so she took her with her to home. Also, she lied to her that her father ran away, but the truth is she isn’t a married woman. She also tells Koel that she learned Koel is Yamini the day DNA report came positive as she failed to exchange it but lied to her. Koel gets furious at Mayuri for using her for her own benefits. She also refuses to forgive Mayuri. She then demands the truth about Vedika’s DNA report and the ancestral necklace, which was stolen by Mayuri the other day. Mayuri tells her Rajeshwari is behind all this. Also she got huge money from it. She becomes greedy, so she decides to hide her identity from her. But now she is regretting her act, so she pleads Koel to forgive her. Koel firmly refuses, and then she goes to meet Vedika.
In the kitchen, Subhadra instructs Vedika to perform her first rasoi, and then she leaves from there. Koel meets Vedika, but the latter tries to ignore her. Koel gets sad. She scolds Vedika for not being cautious about her surroundings. Vedika gets confused seeing Koel’s concern for her. Koel says that Vedika is real Jahnvi to Sagar. Sagar gets shocked. Vedika gets emotional. Koel further tells both Vedika and Sagar about the similarities that she and Vedika have. Mayuri arrives there and tells Vedika that she found Koel in the accident spot where the Sharma’s found the latter. Koel says to Vedika that she is Yamini. Both Vedika and Koel get emotional and share a hug. Mayuri hides her annoyance.
