The episode starts with Rajat wondering whether Vedika is a real Jahnvi or not. He gets more confused recalling the DNA report result. He then wonders why he can’t able to find his Jahnvi. Meanwhile, Vedika dances with orphan kids to the same song, which she danced with Sagar the other day. Her shawl falls on her face. She looks happy. Meanwhile, Koel looks happy, too, recalling Sagar’s care for her. She decides to leave but gets stopped seeing Sagar, who is busy punching a bag. She opens the door and smiles at Sagar. Sagar imagines Koel as Vedika. He decides to do something, and he turns away. Koel gets sad.
The next day, Sagar decides not to do that particular thing, but then he convinces himself, and he knocks the door. He then knocks on a door. Meanwhile, Koel hears a knocking sound, so she opens it and looks shocked. There, Sagar proposes Vedika to marry him. Vedika gets shocked. Meanwhile, Koel tells Mayuri how she can she do anything such. Mayuri takes Koel with her to meet other family members.
Here, Vedika questions Sagar for his marriage proposal. She scolds him for his absurd proposal. She then asks one of the orphanage persons to go and collect the food for the kids. Sagar tells Vedika that he wants to speak to her. Then he takes her inside her house with him. Meanwhile, Saraswati prepares food for the same orphanage kid saying it’s Jahnvi’s favourite food. She recalls the moments she spends with Vedika, and she gets sad. One of the workers informs Saraswati about Rajeshwari asking her to meet her in a living area. Saraswati leaves from there.
In Sharma’s house, Vedika criticises Sagar for entering the house, knowing her parents aren’t here. She again questions Sagar about his absurd proposal. Sagar tells her that he is proposing to her marriage because he doesn’t want to marry Koel. Vedika lashes out at Sagar for trying to use her. Sagar requests her to hear him out. Vedika firmly refuses. She also badly criticises Sagar. Meanwhile, Saraswati arrives at the living area. She becomes speechless seeing Rajeshwari’s arrangements for Koel. So she tells Rajeshwari that she don’t want to force either one of them between Sagar and Koel. Rajeshwari manipulates her, saying that Sagar will agree to marry Koel, so she asks Saraswati to let her give shagun to Koel.
There, Vedika and Sagar argue with each other when Sagar calls Vedika as a liar. Sagar pleads with Vedika to marry him, saying he knows that Koel isn’t real Jahnvi. Vedika tells him that she is the real Jahnvi. She then accidentally falls on Sagar. They both hug each other. Vedika gets melted, so she asks Sagar’s true intentions behind his proposal. Sagar tells her that he doesn’t want to marry Koel. Vedika gets even more furious, so she rejects Sagar’s proposal and then sends him out. Both Sagar and Vedika get upset.
In Maheswari’s house, Rajeshwari gives shagun to Koel. Koel looks happy. Saraswati tries to make Rajeshwari understand that whatever she is doing is too soon, but Rajeshwari convinces her. Sagar arrives there. He gets upset with Rajeshwari and his family, so he goes inside. Meanwhile, Vedika gets sad learning inspector Khan fail to find out the cleaner Nandan. She tells the Sharma’s if Maheswari continues to outsmart her like this, then she will never be able to find out the one who killed her father Gautam.
Precap: Mayuri and Rajeshwari plan something against Vedika. Rajeshwari gets hopeful that Vedika will misunderstand Saraswati for sure.
