The episode starts with Vedika going to help Sagar find a warm cloth for Saraswati. She fails to notice Saraswati’s family photo. Sagar leaves while both Vedika and Koyal take care of Saraswati. Vedika recalls her conversation with Saraswati earlier, which makes her emotional. Koyal sends Mayuri a message. Vedika gets disturbed recalling Dayal’s accident, so she asks Koyal to care for Saraswati, then comes out. She then tries to ignore Sagar, but the latter takes her with him.
Here, Digvijay suggests that Rajeshwari have a drink with him to celebrate their victory, but Rajeshwari advises him how they should keep an eye on everything to always win. She then expresses her joy with Digvijay that, hereafter, no one will learn the truth. Meanwhile, Sagar takes Vedika to a room. He encourages her to share with him about how she feels. Vedika hugs Sagar. Also she breaks down in front of him saying that it’s her first and last case which she won. She further tells him that she failed to save Dayal and also fails to fulfil the promise she made to Sudha. Sagar pacifies her. Vedika realises the closeness, so she moves away from him. Also, she apologises to Sagar for being unprofessional. Sagar advises her.
Mayuri meets Koyal outside the Maheswari’s house. She tries to take Koyal with her, but the latter firmly refuses. Koyal further praises Vedika’s qualities. She also decides not to be a thief anymore, and then she goes inside. Mayuri gets furious. She decides not to spare Vedika for changing Koyal. In Saraswati’s room, Saraswati shares with her about everything that happened. She also reminds Rajeshwari about her suspicion 20 years back. Rajeshwari manipulates Saraswati. Sagar wonders why Vedika isn’t with Saraswati. Just then, Vedika arrives there.
Vedika pleads with Saraswati to have a conversation with her for two minutes while the family members are surrounded by Saraswati. Rajeshwari demands Vedika to leave, but Sagar sides with Vedika. Rajeshwari shuts him up. Vedika firmly states that if Saraswati asks her to leave, then she will. Then she ignores Rajeshwari and persuades Saraswati. Saraswati calls Vedika inside the room, which makes Vedika, Koyal, and Sagar happy while Rajeshwari gets upset.
Saraswati apologized to Vedika for misunderstanding her intentions. Vedika encourages Saraswati to fight for her late husband Gautam, Dayal, and also for the promise she has made to Dayal who died because of her. Rajeshwari manipulates Saraswati not to agree to Vedika, but Vedika shuts her up with a befitting reply. Sagar gets happy.
Vedika encourages Saraswati to fight for Gautam. Saraswati remains silent. Vedika forwards her hand. Sagar and Koyal signs at Saraswati to support Vedika while Rajeshwari and others sign at Saraswati not to support Vedika’s decision. Vedika decides to leave the place getting upset, but Saraswati stops her, saying that she is with her, which makes Vedika, Koyal, and Sagar happy. Rajeshwari and Digvijay get upset with Saraswati’s decision.
Precap: Saraswati informs the inspector about her decision to reopen the accident case. Later, Vedika catches Rajeshwari red-handed.
