The episode starts with Saraswati telling Koel that soon the latter’s sister will return to them. Sagar sees them from outside. Rajeshwari arrives there. She questions Sagar about his opinion of marrying Koel. She also asks him whether he has changed his mind to lessen the pain of Saraswati. Sagar gets upset. He then questions Rajeshwari for her sudden change in behaviour towards Koel, though she disliked both Koel and Vedika. Rajeshwari agrees that she indeed dislikes Koel, but she has accepted the fact that Koel is Saraswati’s daughter Jahnvi. Sagar reminds her that she can’t force him to do something, which Saraswati also told them. Rajeshwari tells him that she isn’t forcing him to do something that he doesn’t like, but for Saraswati’s sake, he should marry Koel. She also tells him that in order to put an end to Vedika’s chapter, who hurt Saraswati in the worst way possible, he should marry Koel. She then leaves from there. Sagar tells himself may be that Rajeshwari’s words are true, but he has to confirm whether Koel is a real Jahnvi or not, for that he has to do something. He then looks on with determination.
The next day, Mayuri wakes up, and she finds Koel. Koel apologises to Mayuri for staying with Saraswati for an entire night, saying that Saraswati was very low after everything that has happened. Mayuri remains upset, which she expresses it to Koel. Koel convinces Mayuri saying that the latter is her first priority. They both then have their morning tea together. Just then, Lolly arrives, and she informs Koel that Sagar is calling her. Koel gets surprised and happy. She goes to meet him. Mayuri gives some lame excuses when Lolly complains that Koel didn’t respond to her when she called her as Jahnvi.
In Sharma’s house, Padma questions Vedika for her decision to meet Saraswati again even after everything that has happened. Vedika shares her worries about Saraswati with Padma. She says that she feels something bad is going to happen. Meanwhile, Koel meets Sagar in his room. Sagar questions Koel about agreeing to marry him, though she dislikes him. Koel confesses that she likes him. Sagar asks her real intention behind her confession, which confuses Koel.
Here, Vedika lights up diya to pray for Saraswati’s well-being, but the light goes off from the diya, which increases Vedika’s worries. In Maheswari’s house, Sagar asks Koel to tell him how much the latter wants so that she can go away from his life. Koel gets shocked. Saraswati shouts Sagar. Both Sagar and Koel get shocked to see Saraswati at the doorstep. Saraswati falls unconscious, so both Sagar and Koel take her to the room. The entire family worries about Saraswati. Koel gets upset with Mayuri’s statement.
Vedika continuously calls Saraswati. Koel answers her call and informs her about Saraswati’s state. Vedika hears Sagar’s conversation with the hospital. Vedika goes somewhere. Meanwhile, Koel also leaves somewhere in an auto. She sends a voice note to Sagar, assuring that she will bring the doctor with her. There, Vedika pleads with the doctor to save a person’s life, but the latter asks her to leave, saying that he is going to spend a day with his wife.
Precap: Kishorilal tells Vedika that someone is giving the wrong medication to Saraswati. That’s the reason Saraswati’s health deteriorates. Meanwhile, Sagar agrees to marry Koel.
